My husband sat in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes just for them to forget what order was ours. My husband brings my food home clearly can tell it was microwaved the foot was scalding . Tacos falling apart from being microwaved. Crunch wrap was so chewy and tough couldn’t eat it. I frequent this location almost every week. And try to show them grace cause there busy. But microwaving food is diabolical!!!!!!!

I’ve been here a hand full of time & had bad experience but we decided let’s go back just get kfc but my boyfriend loves the chalupas and they always add like two dots of sour cream and lettuce or miss things but we decided to get it and just check before we left- and tonight they were busy as usual and the tacos were perfectly made !!! How a taco should be made. I hope that they continue to be the same for the price it is should be a nicely made taco ! Great to see the improvements

10/07/2025 1040pm – 1125pm. The food is already unreasonably priced, for me to had waited so long, just for when they finally gave me my food it was the wrong order. Then I go inside and waited another 10 minutes before I finally get the right order just to go home to finally eat and I’m missing items I ordered. Paid almost 20 bucks for 11 dollar meal. This is just unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money with this place.

i ordered here and got 2 baja blast freezes and they gave me just the regular fountain drink. I ordered a burrito with no beans or tomatoes and it had both on it. our food was cold and soggy before we even got to open it. this taco bell is terrible. wish i could leave no stars.

Drive thru always takes 25 mins minimum, even if there’s only 1 car in line. They always get mess up my order. Workers are all miserable, if that’s the case get a different job.

By far one of the worst taco bells I have ever been too.. terrible food. Portions are ridiculously small. Food tastes old and dehydrated… will not go back here, have had several bad experiences. Should have learned my lesson sooner. Top of tomato got diced up and put in crunch wrap supreme. Loaded potato griller old and hard asked for no sour cream they put it in there.. Chipotle chicken griller is like 5-8 pieces of “chicken” rest sauce and sour cream. Doesn’t even look like potatoes..

My boyfriend and I were both craving Taco Bell last night so we came by to pick up some food (March 20th around 9-10 pm). The young woman working the drive through window was very kind and gave us exceptional service! The name on the receipt was “Stormy”. I had ordered the wrong drink, she had no problem remaking it, in fact she did it with a smile on her face. We also asked for hot sauce and she made sure to add extra. Everything we ordered was in the bag. The food tasted delicious! My crunchwrap was warm and cheesy and my boyfriend’s food tasted great as well! 10/10 experience

I’m local to the area and come here multiple times a week. Sometimes, just to get a drink through the drive thru. On the days I actually get good, I don’t get more than 4 items and 2 drinks. 15 minutes sitting in the drive-through with 2 cars before me seems ridiculous, especially when the cars in front are handed 1 bag and maybe a drink each. I’ve worked for Taco Bell, and I’m quite sure their drive-thru times are supposed to be under 3 to 5 minutes. I figured my food would be hot and fresh since it took so long when I was handed the bag it was cold. One time, I saw staff goofing off while cars were in drive thru waiting. Where was the manager on duty? I couldn’t find one. I’m sure if there was one the employees would be working and not causing a backup on the drive thru. Anyway, I’m not happy with the past few weeks of service here.
