Dominos coming to Centralia Mo has been a blessing. Being a small town with limited pizza options its nice to be able to order a pizza. Get exactly what I order while bringing back the true flavors of pizza from the past. The staff have all been helpful and informative and no matter how busy they are they all work together as a team with a capable leader overseeing all processes. I love being able to place my order online and with the dominos live tracker I know exactly when to go pick it up while using the pick up window without getting out of my vehicle. I will continue to order from dominos in Centralia MO.

They are woefully unprepared to serve the community. Placed an order. Got notice that had started pizza. Arrived when the app said it would be ready. Was informed they were beginning to fix it after I arrived. Understand they were busy,. but don’t want to wait in their lobby for half an hour. Unacceptable.

New franchise in a small town with limited options. They’re on their game and the pizza and sandwiches are, in my opinion, far superior to other places in town offering similar menu items. We’ve been back several times and will return again.

The original large 2 topping pizza I ordered on a special left a lot to be desired, but the local manager reached out to me after seeing my review to apologize for our inconvenience and see what she could do to improve our initial experience with their restaurant. She sent us a coupon for a free large pizza and dessert of our choice. We haven’t used it yet, but we look forward to giving them a try again soon! They get an A+ in customer service!

Just opened a few days ago and literally everyone in town was trying it. Ordered on the App, drove up from Hallsville. Pizza was about 15 past the initial estimate, but that was cool bc they were slammed. Noticed that the crew was working very well together. Communicating with each other and getting the pizzas turned out! Best example of team work I have seen in a long while. Way to go crew! Only negative, found a hair at the end of our cheese bread. So maybe hair nets for the future? Otherwise food was soooo good!!
