An Italian Trattoria where the focus is handmade pasta and wood-fired cooking with expertly crafted cocktails and a value-oriented cellar of incredible Italian wines. Glorietta is a balanced mix of warm, naturally-finished materials with simple tile surrounding a large wood-burning grill in the middle of the restaurant create a space that is tasteful but casual and fun. Our hearth is our heart. The design reflects a menu that is expertly prepared without being fussy or pedantic. The menu folds in local ingredients to create curiously delicious meals all while paying homage to Italy.

Incredible pasta, tasted so fresh and perfectly balanced. Potatoes were also amazing, crispy and salted perfectly. Bone marrow was great, but we ended up taking off most of the toppings (personal pref). Service was a bit slow, but I think it was a fluke. Great bar and chill but upscale atmosphere. Felt like dining at a regular spot even though we were in from out of town.

My wife and I had a great time at Glorietta’s. My pasta was incredible and the bison was great too. Tiramisu was a nice touch. The thing that makes me want to return the most is the service. They squeezed us in and treated us like royalty. On top of that our server I forget his name maybe Diego had a bunch of big tables and still delivered. It takes a village and the village at Glorietta’s is crushing it. Really nice to see great service still alive and well.

Great spot for fine dining! We got the casarrace and Idaho red trout. All delicious. The service was especially amazing as our waitress took her time to explain each menu item to us thoroughly. She gave recommendations and suggestions and was very kind. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

This Jersey girl is always skeptical of Italian food outside of NJ, but wow – we were impressed. The crostini appetizer was a flavor bomb and perfectly executed. The meatballs were *almost * as good as my Grandma’s. Both pasta dishes were fantastic. If you’re thinking about trying the grilled cabbage – do it!! You won’t regret it.

Sat at the bar and had a great experience from start to finish. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and consistently attentive without being intrusive.
Every dish we tried was excellent, from salads to pasta, with portions ranging from good to generously sized. The tiramisu was an ideal way to end the meal.
Atmosphere strikes a perfect balance of elevated yet relaxed—not too loud, and very comfortable for conversation. This is a spot I will happily and eagerly return to whenever I am in Jackson.

Beautiful warm and inviting dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the hosts greeted me with warm smiles and genuine greetings. I am traveling solo, so I opted to sit at the bar, where I was treated wonderfully by the staff. I had the spinach parpadelle dish, and was blown away by the flavors. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the flavors were impeccable. I highly recommend this gem for anyone traveling to Jackson looking for a lovely dining experience! Thank you!

Absolutely STELLAR meal. Once seated, we were greeted warmly by our server (Kaely, or Kaelin perhaps?) who guided us expertly and with care through the menu. Sipped impeccably made cocktails before switching to a really interesting, thoughtfully recommended wine, but what really blew our minds was the handmade pasta. Loved the cozy, rich cavatelli but the humble RAVIOLI was truly spectactular — lemony, herby, creamy, and comforting; this is one of the most elevated pasta dishes i have ever had. Lastly, we really appreciated the dining room vibe — nicely low-lit, welcoming and special-feeling, without the formality or stiffness often associated with finer dining. Bravo to the entire kitchen, bar, and serving staff — once seated, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. Would gladly eat here again and again.

We’ve been coming to Jackson for years, and Glorietta Trattoria has quickly become our favorite restaurant in town. The food is consistently excellent. The elk bolognese is incredible and has become our son’s favorite dish. The Caesar salad is to die for, and the ravioli genuinely reminds us of our trip to Italy a few years ago.
The drinks are surprisingly great, better than many places we go to in New York City. Desserts were a highlight as well, especially the tiramisu and the chocolate dessert.

We went for Christmas dinner and loved it! Our server was sweet, the kids enjoyed chef’s kid options, and our older two were adventurous! The bar special Manhattan was a hit with my hubby. Make reservations if you will be in town! Tiramisu was exceptional.
