My girlfriend and I waited 20 mins for 1 cold brew venti drink. Unbelievable when you have 6 workers in there and you wait 20 minutes for 1 drink. I have never had such a negative experience before. If you are that slammed on mobile orders, then maybe you should turn mobile ordering off. I will never be coming back to this location again.

I go to this location pretty frequently. I picked up my drink right after I got the notification that it was ready. Typically I don’t have any issues and my drinks always taste amazing, but a couple times I’ve had the issue of not filling the cup. Yes, I got cold foam and I understand it can deflate a little bit, but you can see a cold foam layer. Take that layer out and there’s a quarter of the drink not filled up. With the amount I’m paying for my drinks, I expect to get a drink that’s mostly filled up. I can go to another coffee place that will fill up my cup because this is ridiculous.

Update: After reaching out to customer service. They assisted me promptly and fixed the issue. I appreciate their respect and assistance to my comment. Customer service was amazing!

I always order the dragon fruit lemonade from other locations and the flavor is really good. But when I ordered from that store, the flavor was bland. I asked them to add more lemonade, but they only added water. They also charged me $1.50 for extra scoops of dragon fruit, but it wasn’t the same amount as other locations. After drinking their version, I honestly wanted to throw it out. Never order their mango dragon fruit lemonade drink

I went to this location to have a coffee and do my work for couple of hours during the day. unfortunately, the music was so loud and staff were on some occasions singing loud too … i can literally hear everything even with putting my AirPod Max just to cancel the surrounding noise.
nothing against the service (Food & Service); but the loud music made it unpleasant experience.
honestly; I blame it on “showcase design” for high ceiling can create louder sound.

Walked in the door at 7:30. The sign out front said closing at 8:00. An employee was mopping the floor as we walked in, so we confirmed with them that the store was still open. Ok. The mopping employee met us behind the counter and asked for our order. We just wanted regular coffee, nothing fancy. We asked if they had Sumatra already brewed or is it a grind per cup deal. They said it’s grind per cup. Ok, great. Before we could give our order, another employee who had been tidying up behind the counter says,” the coffee machine is not running anymore.” Um what? This is a coffee shop. If you were shorthanded, I totally get it. You reserve the right to close early. I guess. but don’t let us in the store if you’re not prepared to pour us a simple cup of coffee.

I went to this location today and honestly I was extremely disappointed. I ordered potato egg bites at the drive thru, I get up to the window and they tell me they don’t have them. Totally fine, I order a double smoked bacon sandwich with no egg. I immediately hear the person at espresso bar making fun of me and complaining about it, saying why would I order a sandwich with no egg when I was ordering egg bites in the first place. I worked at Starbucks for a year and a half, if i EVER talked about a customer like that while they were still at the drive thru window I would have my head chewed off. Disrespecting a customer when they can hear everything you’re saying is absolutely ridiculous. There also wasn’t even anyone else in the drive thru so it wasn’t like I was holding the line up. Truly disappointed.

I’ve always had a good experience here up until recently. A friend and I met for coffee just over an hour before closing. We went to order and the baristas acted annoyed that we were there. When we ordered a normal black coffee they said no because they were in the process of shutting the machine down for the night and didn’t feel like cleaning it again. It was 7:45pm and they close at 9pm…that was very frustrating. Most of all the baristas attitude was very disappointing. Starbucks is usually known for being friendly and welcoming, but this location has a few workers that need to work on that.
