Ordered at the counter, even though there was other people inline I didn’t expect it to take 20 mins, and then the order was wrong on both drinks. I ordered a XL hot turtle mocha, milk chocolate, I received dark chocolate. My partner ordered a caramel high rise and received a vanilla latte. Not like I am going to have them remake it when it took this link to get the first ones, since we were already late for work.

Friendly and quick. Drinks were made well. Not as tidy and several items were out at the side counter. There were no napkins, staws, stir sticks had to get get someone’s attention working behind the counter.

Fast service. There are no bagels at this location thanks to the Brueggers next door. Bathrooms were open and clean. Manager seemed to have everything under control and was preparing for any emerging issues.

I needed a great cup of coffee on a cold rainy afternoon & stopped into Caribou where I know the coffee is always perfect. Never a disappointment. Greeted with a smile and fun time guessing the trivia question of the day. Always wonderful at caribou!
