I came specifically for their tofu spring rolls, which I’ve ordered many times for takeout and usually love. This time I dined in and it was a big disappointment.
The hot and sour soup had good flavor but was extremely thick, like it had way too much cornstarch. When my spring rolls arrived, the tofu was dried out, rock hard, and actually tore through the rice paper I thought they were pork rinds for a second. It looked nothing like what I’ve received here before.
I asked for a replacement and was met with an annoyed attitude. The second batch barely had any visible tofu, and I was told aggressively that it was “chopped up” and that’s how they do it—even though the first order had dried strips and every time before that it’s always been long thick visible strips. Very inconsistent and uncomfortable experience.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Noodles were perfect not pressed together. Meat rations were perfect. Even the rangoons were perfectly crisped without sacrificing the internals. Will be back soon

We ordered pho, charcoal grilled pork with rice and 4 pcs of egg rolls but the egg rolls tasted not fully cooked, charcoal grilled pork didn’t taste charcoal at all but it tasted like they boiled or steamed not grilled as described. Pho was okay but portion meat was not much.

Delicious! Clear stocks with meaningful proteins. I prefer the noodles here to the other Pho nearby however their stock and add ons were just a bit better. If you prefer to salt your own food, and taste more of your proteins rather the veg/herbs this is your place.

Ordered the Pho Bac deit. For price point I guess it is an ok deal.
Nothing remarkable. I was a bit disappointed the noodles were not fresh and lumped as it took me a while to separate them. Also some were very stuck to the bottom of the bowl. Also found eggshells at the bottom after accidentally eating some. Strange as I had nothing with eggs? Also the pho was not very hot at all. As in temperature. Just all the signs this was far from fresh made? Also noticed the hoisen bottle and chili sauce container was very greasy on the outside. Had to wash my hands after picking them up. Pretty light on quantity of noodles and esp meat. Vegetables looked relatively fresh though. The server was nice and promp. All in all, cheap and ok. But far from impressive by any standards.

The service was AWFUL! I’m not even the type to leave reviews but I had to for this place. I only went in to get something to drink. From beginning to end of the interaction the lady working was unpleasant, rude & just aggressive. I ended up leaving with nothing but a refund for what I was going to get bc after service I did not want to give them a penny. I do not play about customer service. It takes nothing to be nice. I will never go here again. There’s much better places to give your money to.

Will never return I order number 25 and was brought a bowl of 4 slices of flank steak rice noodles completely stacked together when I told them I received my flank steak not the brisket the waitress said no this is correct that’s your flank and brisket 4 thin slices of flank!!! 4 small was all I got…..no comp no nothing waitress was extremely rude and never came back to the table to help the other guests

The staff are very nice and respectful. The restaurant is beautiful and not to mention the relaxing atmosphere. I messed up my order and the gentleman at the front refunded me all my money and kindly let me redo my order with the most respectful and understanding attitude
