There is no reason they should only be one employee working. How can you not substantially staff this establishment. This poor guy is trying his very best to make several mobile orders as well as take care of the people standing in front of him. It’s unnecessary. Besides that he was wonderful he was kind he was patient And did everything he could to make the best of this situation so I believe this is on the establishment in the management, not on the employee.

The order was not filled according to the specifications. No salt, no pepper, no cheese, barely any vinaigrette one it. It was a half filled bowl haphazardly put together. I will not be paying 10 dollars for this again. I won’t buy subway anymore, too many times this has happened.

So I have stopped here in the past and always had a negative experience, so I stopped coming here. I was starving last night, so I gave in. I’m so happy I did. I was actually really impressed by the difference. Idk if they are under new management or what, but the place was so much cleaner, food was on point and the staff was very nice. They definitely won me back as a customer.

Service is hit or miss there. My first time at this location, I watched the employee be very crabby and short with a customer. Often times I stop and they have a “closed early…sorry for inconvenience” sign on the door. I’m guessing there are some staffing issues, but this sort of thing makes me less likely to continue going there if there is a good chance I went for nothing. Besides, there is an always open, always efficient, always friendly WaWa up the street.
Update: I stopped here tonight and found a staple sitting on top of my sub (see picture).

So can I start by saying Takina is absolutely amazing!!! Wonderful spirit, positive attitude, fast paced and extremely attentive!!! The way she welcomed me in made me feel so welcome… My sandwich was great, well proportioned and very tasty!!! She deserves a raise!!! This location should consider closing the doors and allowing a restaurant or company take the location that actually wants people to come in. I ordered two simple sandwiches on the app and was alerted that the order was ready. Spent another 20 minutes in the lobby waiting for my order to actually be prepared (no customers, just one worker). Why would you allow this to happen?. People use the app to be more efficient, not wait around. Good grief
