I’m changing my review man this really stinks
I paid $20 for a sandwich with a slice and a half of meat on it.
I get it food service sucks I work it too, but this is just ridiculous man. I thought my boyfriend was being dramatic when he said there was almost none in his half.
I am never coming back to this location. I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews but now I’m out $20 and lunch. The Penn station on 12 is waaaaaaaay better. The sub’s might be slimmer but they actually put meat on it (((:

I placed an order online at 8:51pm. The guy that answered the phone had an attitude with me. I called at 9:55pm to cancel my order. The guy laughed and told me to order earlier next time. I ordered in enough time. Over an hour before they closed. I wasn’t upset or asking for the sandwich still. Its not my fault I get a break late at work. I’m not a bum just farting around waiting till 9pm/10pm for Jimmy John’s to be delivered. If I wasn’t working, I would have went earlier. I didn’t think my sandwich wouldn’t get picked up by 3rd party.

This is by far the worst JJ Gargantuan that I’ve ever had. Unless they’ve changed the portion size of their toppings on the sub then the worker is not properly loading the sub when you ask for heavy toppings. After an experience like this at JJ’s I don’t think I’ll ever eat another sub again from there.

Today I ordered a an Italian sub and it was absolutely awful no lettuce a whole thing of mayonnaise no oregano or vinegar and oil. I don’t know what happened. I wanted to bring it back. I took a bite and I took another bite and my stomach is hurting so bad and I’m using the bathroom like crazy this is absolutely unacceptable. I need to know who I can talk to concerning this. I started to post it, but I think I need to talk to someone I go to Ferndale Michigan for Jimmy John’s all the time. I’ve never had this problem before. ♀️

Anytime I order here at Lunch time (3x’s), which is generally a time people eat at Jimmy John’s, it takes over an hour for delivery and always by uber. Which would be fine, IF, I knew ahead of time there would be delays. It’s not until after I make the order that I am told the delivery window. I don’t understand how your aren’t prepared for the busiest time of day. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Believing the best in a business I fooled myself a 3rd time. Won’t happen again.

Service here is next to nonexistent. The employees aren’t rude, they just don’t acknowledge you at all. Stood waiting for my order for 12 minutes before they finally asked what order I was here for and then remembered to actually start making it. It wasn’t even busy, which I could understand, but one employee was literally on a phone call with a friend the entire time talking about how it’s not busy today.

I had a frustrating experience at this location. I did not order a “giant” sub, yet I was handed two sandwiches and charged $20. The staff member took my phone for Apple Pay instead of extending the payment terminal, which made it harder to verify the charge in real time.
When I asked about the order, she insisted I had ordered a giant and responded rudely. Instead of correcting the mistake, she said, “You know what, I’m gonna void your order,” and handed me a voided receipt—without any explanation or resolution. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I expected transparency and courtesy, especially when dealing with payment confusion. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope they improve their customer service and communication.

Fast service, friendly staff. The best thing about Jimmy John’s is that no matter where you go, the food always tastes good.
Nice big tables. My only issue is that they didn’t have iced tea made today. But still an overall good experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve been sitting in the Drive-Thru for almost 20 minutes as I’m writing this. There were only four cars in front of me. One — ONE — has received their order and and moved on while the rest of us are trapped here. I don’t know what the holdup is, but I do know this could be managed infinitely better. Ok why doesn’t this location never has driver’s for delivery ? It’s annoying as hell and it seems as if it’s on a regular basis then not having any delivery drivers, I’ve tried to order from them probably three times and again no delivery drivers, I’m not gonna pay extra for them to have Lyft or an Uber driver to deliver my food the last time I did that they kept taking it to the wrong address, apparently they don’t really want service from the customers seeing they NEVER HAVE ANY DELIVERY DRIVERS,
