I placed an order for pickup last Saturday. The staff followed my instructions regarding cutting the chicken into smaller pieces. I ordered approximately seven trays, including Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Francaise, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Parmigiana, Meatballs, and Penne Vodka. I must say that the food was exceptionally delicious. I would certainly order from them again, as everyone at the party thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

I ordered on the slice app, was supposed to be delivered at 5:05 and it got here at 5:40 and it was cold. When I chatted with the Slice customer service they called the store and was told that they are very busy and will not offer any type of credit. Horrible will never order from here again.

Service is absolutely horrible. The person at the store is rude and unprofessional. We placed an order at 8:52pm we were told it will be there in 15mins. At 9:15pm driver called said he was outside. When I went done driver informed me there was no pizza and called the store. He told me he would be right back. At 9:45pm I called the store to see what happen and the person stated that he would send the pizza. I tried to explain to the person and he stated very nasty and rude why we do not pick it up. Clear if we wanted to pick it up we would have not called for delivery. When we called the delivery driver he said he was doing something else that we had to call the store. We were lied to and disregarded.

The pizza is okay a little too soggy. The customer service needs a little improvement. Overall thumbs up, good tradition Italian pizza.I was in the area and I felt like eating a few slices of pizza. I went here and I have to say the pizza is great, it had a generous amount of sauce, cheese and the dough wasn’t soggy in fact it was nice and crispy. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu!
