Went out for father’s day and ordered eggplant parmesan which they had run out of eggplant but other than that the service was very good. We loved the resturaunt. We went there today Aug 13th and I had the Shrimp Fra Diablo and it was very delicious plus we had very good service again

When we arrived (almost 6pm 6/7/2025) we were seated immediately & were the only ones there at the time. We had a very nice waitress, kinda strawberry blonde. We ordered our drinks, we received bread, I asked for napkins, she asked cloth or paper, we said we haven’t gotten our first one with silverware yet, then when I ordered the chicken marsala with no spaghetti but cheese ravioli in Alfredo sauce & repeated it 3 times & she repeated it back to me, it came chicken marsala & cheese ravioli in the marsala sauce, which is extremely salty. I asked her about it & she said she thought I wanted it that way. ♀️, I thought we had it covered, oh well I kept it. There were 6 in our party, she came to ask if my husband had the pasta trio, he said yes, she said I’m sorry, I forgot to turn your order in. So by the time he got his, the rest of us were done, I couldn’t eat but a few bites of mine because it was so salty, & would have been better with Alfredo sauce.
She said sorry, just busy, but again, when she took our order we were the only ones there.
Another in our party received pasta with his chicken when he said no pasta, just veggies.
So while my husband waited on his order, he was eating the pasta that was our friends that he didn’t order but received. When my husband’s order finally arrived, he was eating the spaghetti & she just picked it up & took it away.
His trio he said was meh, the lasagna was a tiny little 2 bite.
I may or may not give it another try. ♀️
The parking lot isn’t very practical depending on size of vehicle & we were in just a regular size truck.
I didn’t like the tvs in there, that kinda kills the atmosphere I think they’re going for.
Nice waitress, just needs to take better order notes & be more attentive.

Ordered online for pick up 45 minutes before my lunch break started. I get there and the lady has not even given my order to the kitchen every time I try to eat at this restaurant. There’s something goes wrong, and I end up disappointed, eat at your own discretion

The service sucks me and my friends sat down and didn’t even git asked what we whated for drinks. Don’t know how the food is sents was never asked what we wanted. So I wouldn’t came back here agen if my life depended on it.

We’ve been here a few times and it has been great, so maybe they were just having an off night. Last night we arrived at the restaurant and were told to sit wherever. It was not crowded. The entire left side of the restaurant was empty . We seated ourselves and waited. One waitress was cleaning a table to the left of us. Another waitress was checking on two of her tables to the right of us. No one came to take our order. No one let us know they would be with us shortly. No one offered to get drinks, etc. After 10 minutes we finally walked out. Really disappointing.
