Great experience at this Starbucks! The staff was friendly, service was quick, and my drink was made perfectly. The store was clean and had a nice atmosphere for relaxing or getting some work done. The only minor issue was that it felt a bit cold inside, so bringing a jacket might help if you plan to stay awhile. Overall, still a great spot and I’ll definitely be back!

More than 5 people working on 12/4 at 8 AM. With the drive thru long, I went in to place my order. Two people in front of me, one was an associate on break. After ordering I waited for a few minutes. My grande caramel macchiato or chocolate croissant was mot ready.in the meantime the drive thru was taken care of, the long line down. While I was still waiting for my order. Finally the caramel was ready. Waited several more minutes for the croissant. Staff said we are behind, in my mind you all have more than 5 people working, what are you all doing? By the time I left, no drive thru line. I told them i should have gone to the drive thru. Apparently that is their priority. This store needs to work on priotizong. The lady making a pitcher of stock, needs to step in and help the associates behind. The manager needs to strategize the work flow. Drive thru is not your only customer facing line.

Was openly talking about and mocking a homeless customer who was minding his business in the lobby as if other customers couldn’t hear her. When man at the counter confronted her in photo she just laughed after mocking the homeless customer for paying with an expired gift card? Do better, as a mom this is sad to see!

This is the worst Starbucks to go the employee I didn’t catch her name I was on the phone eating my break she kept coming up saying put on headphones lol like what are we in library? To put on headphones she was such a …….. but yeah don’t visit this place if you want to be babysited 🙂 Starbucks do better hire better employees don’t visit guys they act like they are forced to work there and be underpay 🙂

Never see any store out so much ice in the coffee. No coffee at all, I also paid $1.25 to have extra cold foam which is invisible. Poor service, never come back. This store should be closed.

Worst starbucks. Made me wait ten mins just to order. Then I waited ten minutes while the drink sat on the counter. The drink was practically all water and ice and extremely diluted. They look busy but not sure why not a single person was focused on customer service or quality.

I was looking forward to my favorite coffee this morning but when I received my drink it didn’t look like it usually did. I was already 15 minutes away until I saw that my order was completely wrong. I asked for an iced brown sugar shaken espresso with cold foam and instead I was given a grande iced latte with FOUR pumps of brown sugar with cold foam. It was EXTREMELY sweet and I couldn’t go back since I work 30 minutes away. The screen wasn’t working when I got there and I’m extremely sad and upset that there was a mistake that could’ve been prevented if my order was repeated and shown.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The employees seemed more focused on talking to each other than actually helping guests. I waited far longer than I should have just to place an order, and even when someone finally came over, it felt like I was interrupting their conversation. It gave the impression that customer service just isn’t a priority here. I hope management addresses this, because the experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Dropping a star for the messed up at the drive thru today. I ordered two double smoked bacons , and an ice quad espresso. I got one double smoked, and something else. I did not notice until I get home. My wife and I had to drive back to this Starbucks. It took about 5 minutes someone came by to assist at the counter. Then she took the wrong one back and gave the right one. Usually, when they messed up they offered the wrong one as well. But, no big deal. The wrong one was way cheaper than the double smoked bacon the we ordered and paid for already.

Wonderful staff and they always prepare my orders right. They are the best at making the Ice Quad Espresso go with the Double Smoked Bacon Sandwiches.
