Chicken bowl, so much rice. Plus some of the rice was in clumps. Guacamole was brown all the way through. Had to scrap it off. Did carry out so we didn’t know it was this bad. Will never go back to this Chipotle in Minooka.

Went into this chipotle 30 minutes before they closed and thought I was going to get a nice portion bowl! Ended up being the total opposite got 4 pieces of steak half bowl of rice when I asked for extra rice tons of beans and corn for some odd reason and a pinch of cheese I really wanted to just leave and not buy the bowl but I did not want the food to be thrown out so I bought it and took matters into my own hands luckily I was planning to meal prep the next day so instead of waiting I did it when I got home added more cheese from the one I bought and steak lesson learned when I have no more meal prep just prep the meal instead of getting scammed for 15 bucks at the minooka chipotle and I keep falling into the same trap they always find a way to disappoint

The employee on the line was touching the POS system and there gift cards with her gloves on. When I asked nicely if she could please change her gloves before preparing my food she had an attitude. This location is gross and doesn’t follow safety protocol. I will not be visiting this location again.

Everytime I go in, I have an issue. This is my 3rd time having an issue and I’m over it, either the place is out of everything, the place is a mess, staff is on their phones (except one or two people are actually working and kicking butt while others are not doing anything) or there’s something wrong in my order. The last time I went i ordered a salad, I only had maybe 10 pieces of lettuce and it wasn’t the correct salad blend for a salad order. My order was also swimming in bean juice, it was disgusting. I pulled up to the drive thru and I swear the guy was texting, opened the windows (without looking at me) “what the name?” Hands me my order and closed the window. Still on his phone! I’m so over this location I dont recommend it

Burrito was very small and cold, burrito bowl missing sour cream, and the guacamole was brown top to bottom !! Usually good quality food but this was the worst so far – my previous visit had a broken over stuffed burrito, go figure. Might not be back.

I go into this location all the time especially while I was pregnant as quesadillas were a big craving for me. I have never had an issue, today I sent my boyfriend to get me a quesadilla while I feed the baby, the staff members refused to make a quesadilla for him stating it was online only, keep in mind I have gone in there at least 10 times and ordered a quesadilla with no problems. They then told him if he ordered it on the app he could stand there and wait for the to make it. This is gross behavior, we have a newborn baby at home and we’re looking to get a quick easy dinner and instead what should have been a 10 minute food run turned into 25-30 minutes because they wanted to be difficult. At this point I don’t even want to continue at this location with how poorly they treated him. Also once he got home my quesadilla was completely burnt and they didn’t give me any sides basically paid 16$ for burnt tortilla and cheese with hardly any meat.

On 01/29/26 my SO went to get a bowl from this chipotle, when he checked out, he was charged $16 for 1 bowl and a small thing of chips. He ended up texting me and saying that he didnt get what he paid for. I agree, he only gets a bowl with white rice and double chicken. When he opened up his bowl, he sent me a photo (added below) saying how it was absolute bs that he paid $16 for a bowl that wasnt even half full. After 20 minutes on the phone with customer service, they gave me a free reward but we just wanted him to be able to go back in and get what he paid for. Then, the lady filling the bowls only gave him half a bowl of food. If we have to pay almost $20 for a bowl of food, I would expect the food to be good, and full. This chipotle seems to disappoint me everytime i end up spending money here.

Being the most expensive, 3rd best tasting burrito in town, I only go here if they have BOGO promotions, or give you free sides. You have to be explicit when you order. If you ask them if they’re have a BOGO promotion, and they answer yes, and you order two identical items, they won’t give you the discount UNLESS you tell them specifically to give you the discount. Also, don’t go to the drive-thru to pick up your food, as they do not monitor it.

You may as well never come to this location. They are ALWAYS behind on prep (I went in 2 hours after open, still no meat prepped). I wish I could say this was a one-off occurrance, but it has happened literally every single time I come here to order food, regardless of the time. This location is not only a waste of space, but a waste of time and money for anyone who wants to enjoy a nice chipotle bowl. Management needs to be fired, the current employees need to be retrained, or this location needs to just cut it’s losses and close up shop. Absolutely pathetic excuse for an establishment.

worst chipotle ever. rude and incompetent staff that give minimal portions. workers came out and started cleaning in the only area that had people, us. whipping bags of garbage around us, slamming drawers and cabinets in the trash and drink area (where we were seated) repeatedly until we left. this went on for a good 20 minutes. harassing customers while they try to eat isn’t what i paid $45 for 2 burritos and 2 drinks. what a trash location. when i asked them to stop, the manager came over and took over doing the banging and trash collection around us. they spoke in spanish to each other insulting me and my daughter, as though i couldn’t understand them. disgusting behavior.
