Only the best pizza;either by slice or purchase the whole pie. Not only do they offer pizza, but they have sandwiches and pastas! Now for the best part is the specialty pastries for purchase! Yum! The strudel, tiramisu, beard pudding, iced-napoleons and 7 layer bars are my favorite! Everyone is so kind and always eager to help! Go see them for that lunch or dinner craving! Outside dining available!

Ordered Meat lovers Pizza. It was not a pizza with dough round crust. it was square the 2” stale bread with burned topping. Ordered extra cheese did not get. Most unsatisfying pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Crust was hard crusty stale bread. $33.00

Ordered the bruschetta pizza. We live 1.5 miles away and were told it would be 30 minutes. Arrived in 15 minutes and pizza was ready. Got home and it was lukewarm. No balsamic glaze and the pizza tasted like it had been made hours before. This was our first time here and we are very disappointed.

I just purchased the worst chicken parm sub I’ve seen in my life. It wasn’t cheap either. No cheese, no peppers, chicken was about 1/32 of an inch thick. Just enough sauce to change the color of the bread. Buyer beware: if you’re sub comes out looking like mine, you will be terribly disappointed.

When I called and said I had questions he was very rude. He said I had to hurry up because he was busy. Ordered 2 medium pizzas and a salad. When I got there he gave me 2 small and a salad. Tried to tell me it was my fault. But it wasn’t had him on speaker when placed the order was placed and verified it wasn’t me. He made me a medium pizza. When I got home the 2 incorrect pizzas were burnt. Wished I had checked them before I left the store. I never would have accepted them.

So disappointed! It’s been a long while since stopping at Charlena’s for their Italian cookies. They used to be tasty and delicate. Today, I wasted $10+ on 8 cookies that were hard, tasteless, and in the case of the Wedding Cookies, had the consistency of paste. I don’t know if they have a new baker or what, but not worth it if they were free! I threw them out. On a side note, it might have been nice to be greeted with something other than a mumble as well.

Went here tonight to get a small pizza after work with my husband. The owner denied us service because we had previously ordered an italian sub but it contained tuna in it. He did give us a courtesy credit. Ordered it again, same issue. He said that he verified that there was no tuna in it but that was not the case. We decided to stick to pizza. This man has no idea what customer service is!! He was rude and made us feel like we were out to get something for free. Don’t waste your money at this place!! One star is way to much!! Very disappointed!

I’ve eaten a decent amount of pizza in Naples on the never ending search for something remotely as good as NY. This is the closest I’ve found. Very good crust and seasoned well. They are always pleasant in serving you as well.

The lasagna was as dry as a box of tissues, chicken parm was flat a overcooked and i paid $4.20 for a half hoagie roll with cheese on it. Worst italian food in town.
