I sat in the drive-through for about 30 minutes and was never acknowledged. I eventually pulled up to the window, but the employee still ignored me. There were no other customers, yet the worker wasn’t helping anyone or taking orders. The lack of service was unbelievable—no greeting, no response, nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this Subway at all; it’s a complete waste of time and you won’t get helped.

The place was easy to find and it had plenty of parking. The place was clean inside and outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was pretty fast. The meatball sub was awesome. My wife got a veggie and she said it was okay. The cookies were stuck together in a mush. The prices were a little higher. The bathrooms were clean but the hand dryer didn’t work very well.

Placed an online order. Got there sooner than I thought I would be only to be told I can’t watch my sandwich be made. The worker said she felt uncomfortable with people watching her make a sandwich. That’s the whole reason to go to a subway!!!!

I can’t really suggest eating here. The last 3 times I’ve been here around lunch rush there has been only 1 employee working. Staff has been friendly and apologetic about delays. Sandwiches are hastily slapped together and vegetables looked old and wilted.

Slow service. When it came to our turn the person helping me, Connie, was so nice and helpful. She smiled and took extra care to my order even though she was obviously busy. Then another employee with dark hair went behind to help my mother. She wasn’t wearing a name tag which is too bad because I would be calling management to complain as well. She was acting very put out to even be having to help customers. When my mother said she wanted a salad, this girl slammed the bowl on the counter then started slamming empty containers in the sink. The people behind us looked up at us with the “oh no” look. Then when asked if my mother wanted her meat warmed and my mother said yes, she slammed the meat in the oven. I was appalled at the treatment and visible showing of what seemed a temper tantrum. This is the first time I have ever been to this Subway. Honestly, the slow service would have been fine if everyone had been as pleasant as Connie. However, the slow service and then being treated so rude for ordering a menu item, I don’t know that I will ever return to this particular Subway. I would rather visit any of the other stores and go out of my way than be treated or see people treated like that again.

I went with a coworker while in the area. There was only one employee at the time, which was terrible for her. She needed a second employee working with her as not only did she have walk in and drive through customers, but had to do a 136 (or so) bulk order as well. But she was very polite, efficient, and well organized. Actually she was in good spirits despite her situation.
Clean restaurant and great location. Just hope that they can get and keep more outstanding employees like the lady from the day that helped us.

I enjoyed the absolute BEST Italian herb and cheese black forest ham sandwich I have ever eaten at a Subway in my life! it was beautifully made with the perfect amount of topping and it had the most deliciously baked bread I have ever eaten! No I wasn’t starving. It was just amazing perhaps it was the fact that the bread was just fresh? It was soft, moist and well balanced with flavor. I’ll definitely be back!

We went here for lunch today and the young lady that was there was alone, doing all the orders and drive-thru, but she was patient and running it like a rockstar. We were super impressed and the food was good too. Kudos to her!

The lady was not very nice nor attentive to the customers in the restraunt. Also I have a two year old who will only eat grilled cheese and being on the road this was the only place to stop but when i asked to get half a footlong with meat and the other half just cheese she refused although we were more than happy to pay for a full spicy footlong. Also the meat for the rib sandwhich was terrible, couldnt even it eat it.
