The food was amazing. I got the bacon cheeseburger and the patties were so fresh and grilled perfectly. Also got the chocolate milkshake. SO GOOD!! The place is really spacious. Probably the best five guys I’ve been to.

I used to eat Five Guys Burgers monthly. Now, I eat at a Five Guys about twice a year. They’re usually good, but it seems like over the years, the quality of the food has gone down and the prices have gone up. This location is a good example of that. The burgers didn’t look great, but they tasted pretty good. We ordered the Cajun style fries. There was way too much seasoning on them! Like, an insane amount of seasoning. Three burgers, drinks and a large order of fries was $60. The restaurant was pretty clean, but the service wasn’t particularly friendly or fast. This location wasn’t bad, but I would say it’s below average for other Five Guys Burgers locations in the area.

I had a fantastic experience at this Five Guys location thanks to the manager, Yassin M. I made a mistake with my order, assuming the cheeseburgers automatically came with toppings, and realized when I got home that I only had the meat and cheese.
When I went back and explained the situation, Yassin was incredibly understanding and professional. He immediately made me two brand-new burgers with all the toppings and even threw in a fresh order of Cajun fries! His excellent customer service turned a frustrating moment into a great day. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location! I want to commend Yassin M. for his outstanding leadership at the Woodbridge, VA location

Five Guys is one of my favorite fast food burger places. Their milkshakes are pretty good, not as many flavor options as other places but more than most. Burgers are really good and customizable. I always prefer to get Cajun fries, and I love that they always have malt vinegar for the fries.

This 5 Guys is one of the best I have been to. The bathrooms are clean, the staff is outstanding and the food oh the food. Your going to be hard pressed to find a hamburger shop like this one. Don’t even get me started about how good the fries are.

I love five guys. Always I have worked at a five guys (first corporate store opened in: grand rapids MI) and the company model always felt customer first. However, this must have changed because the new fry bags are portioned significantly less than the cups. This is extremely disappointing as the price hasn’t changed and the company has made no statement. Im not sure which franchise this is but, I will never eat at a five guys that skimps on the fries. If they don’t bring back the cups I doubt I will ever eat here again. I used to accept high price as a tradeoff, now I’m just disappointed.

I got food poisoning when I came here. My burger was raw my fries were cold and the milkshake was watered down. Bathrooms were dirty.

I dont come often but i maybe come every other month to get let down by how they lack in seasoning on the meat. Patties always lack in taste.
