I’m definitely a fast food “foodie” lol…I don’t know that I even remember what a “home cooked” meal is, bahahaha…having said that, I’ll say this, if you’re the kind of person who likes a good char-broiled burger, Burger King will not disappoint. As close as you can get to your actual grill at home, it’s a staple for ppl who want that so-called “home cooked” experience. I personally go for the chicken, lol, (not really the biggest fan of the whole char-broiled bullshit ♀️ ) but for a burger joint, their chicken is awesome sauce!!! Especially their chicken fries, omggg, they’re to dieee forrr!!! ❤️ They have my absolute favorite onion rings of ANY fast food spot & I gotta say, the fries are pretty cool beans too. They are one of the few places left with a true value menu also & that’s extremely important in today’s economic environment. Overall, I’m always pretty happy with a visit to “The King” lol!!!

I cannot give a rating for the food nor the service because I didn’t get to taste any of the food nor did I receive any service. The gentleman who was working stood approximately 4 ft away from me and never attempted to communicate with me in any way. He didn’t attempt to make eye contact, he didn’t let me know he was busy and he be right with me, nor did he let me know that someone else would be with me or there would be a weight of any kind. As someone who has worked fast food plenty of times I understand that busy times result in diminished customer service. However, acknowledging a customer who’s standing at the counter for more than 2 minutes to let them know you see them and you will get to them is basic customer service of which this particular employee on this particular day had none.

This location is the SLOWEST one probably in the state . They don’t even start orders for mobile or DoorDash until you arrive and than takes 10-15 mins to make the food . It’s beyond awful

Worst place ever. Placed an online order with it stating they were open until 10, get there at 8:30 and there closed with people still in there and no help at all! Chat support was no help neither. Absolutely ZERO stars or less… Place needs shut down or better management and workers.

Went into the restaurant and it looked like they were quite busy. We weren’t in a rush that day and were able to wait. Asked if we were able to use a coupon for a meal deal and they accepted it immediately. The burgers were made perfectly and beautifully and put together with care (everything was on the burger not halfway falling off) the fries were cooked all the way through and salted perfectly. Fantastic service and will be back again for sure.

This is honestly is the most consistently good Burger King in town. Staff is always super polite, and the food is always hot & fresh. For Charleston’s fast food sector, especially one that’s inside a gas station, this place is among the best.

This store does not have the correct hours posted. The online app still says they are open until 10:00pm. We drove just to waste gas and with no food to eat. Thanks for the waste of time.
