The workers were very rude and unwilling to make the sandwich MY way and stated they can’t make any changes as it is the company rule. I am allergic to garlic and wanted mayonnaise instead and they refused to substitute. I asked for more banana peppers as there was only 2 on the sandwich and they said No, they can’t do that. This is unacceptable for a subway as say “they make it your way!”

They were all out of bread when i went. They only had the flatbread available and said it was the same price as my sub. I pay 5 something for my veggie Italian Herbs & Cheese 6 inch sub. The flatbread was like $9 something. It was ok but not the best option for all those veggies.

Ordered online 9-3-25. Normally go to the one at Walmart but wanted to see if this one had any other variety of happy Gilmore 2 cups. We ordered 2. When I went to go get our food she said they were out of cups. I asked if I would get a refund and she said she had no idea about that and just walked away. Didn’t offer anything else to replace it, just walked away and ignored me. I know it was only 2 dollars but money is money. Don’t go here. Go to Walmarts subway. They are much better and nicer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 sandwiches with bacon, got the order and the bacon was raw!! It was took back to the store and they refused to give credit or remake sandwiches, only gave back nuked bacon! Will never order from this nasty place again.

Went to subway to eat today 7-1-25. I had put in a mobile order and it said to be there around 5:35. I’ve gotten there a couple minutes early so we parked for a couple minutes. Around the time we suppose to go around we did. Got to the order machine and pressed for help to let them know that I was there to continue out with my order. After driving around there was a van in front of us so we had to wait a couple of minutes. When we got to the window we proceeded to stare at our food on the rack for around 10-15 minutes. A worker came outside to take trash out not once, but twice continuously staring at the car both times. Upon being done with trash she came to the window looked at us then proceeded to walk away. Finally a guy named Steven came to give us our order. I tried asking who the lady was that answered back there because we been sitting there waiting after then telling us to proceed to the second window. He tried denying us ever pushing the button blatantly lying to our faces. Upon him trying to lie I mentioned that upon ordering I was talking to my mom that she knows angie(the manager. He then proceeds to be a smart Alec mentioning that was his mom was the manager, basically trying to hold that contacting her won’t do anything because of the fact that his mom was the manager. Steven then decided to chuckle and slam the window shut and walk away.

Girl had a major attitude problem, from slamming doors to just the way she talked. Salad wasn’t close to full. I realize sometimes people have bad days but this is not the best experience.

I stopped at this subway on 2-16-25 at 815pm to get my daughter a pizza. I didnt leave there until 845. I went through the drive through and i wasn’t able to order it due to it not being on the menu, so i went inside. As soon as i went in a lady mopping asked me if i had a online order i answered no and asked if they had pizza on the menu she said yes i said thank you and she continued mopping. There was only one man there ordering other than me and he was getting veggies and paying at the time i walked in. The man who was behind the counter asked what i wanted i said a pepperoni pizza he asked if i wanted a sub or pizza i answered pizza. He continued to checkout the other man in-front of me which was fine i was being polite and patient standing there txting my family while waiting. The customer left and the man behind the counter asked what i wanted again i answered pepperoni pizza. The pizza finished cooking and he asked if thats all i wanted i said yes and also got a pack of cookies. He asked if it was cash or card i said card. He asked if it was a gift-card i said no. I proceeded to pay and he was getting my receipt and i told him i didn’t need it. He proceeded to wrinkle it up and throw it at me and i said that was rude and left. Im unsure of his name i just know he has glasses and don’t have teeth and that was so disrespectful and uncalled for.
