Jimmy John’s has been my hyper fixation food for the past few weeks so I usually place an order once a week. Tonight they made my sandwich entirely wrong (I couldn’t even tell what some of the toppings were) and it was a soggy mess. I called and informed them my sandwich was wrong. They did send the corrected sandwich, however for some reason they felt it was appropriate to just deliver the sandwich in the sandwich wrap (sans bag) on my porch.
Guess my weekly order will be going to the East Peoria Jimmy John’s now.

I ordered here on Saturday May 19 at 1:40. I finally got my food at 2:34. And when I did my sandwich was smashed and had very little meat on it. Now I seriously never ever leave reviews, this is actually the first ever review I’ve done for a restaurant. But I ordered the Jimmy Cubano (which is a favorite sandwich which means it gets double meat) and like I said very little ham and almost little to no mustard and mayo, I asked for extra pickle and didn’t get that, there was also another sandwich for my s/o that I added avocado spread for an extra $1.50 and didn’t get that either. So I called the store once I finally got my “freaky fast food” and demanded a refund, the manager tried to get me to accept 2 regular sandwiches as a sorry, which doesn’t add up even half the whole orders worth. But I will state I did get a refund. But I’ll also state that this isn’t the first time I’ve had very poor service with them, so don’t sit there thinking that I’ve had a perfect 10/10 experience everytime and that this is the first mess up they’ve had. Cause it’s not and it’s actually very common. This store is definitely one of the worst I’ve been to for Jimmy John’s.

Order taker said $5.63. At the window I presented my Military ID for their public service discount. She said ok, your total is now $5.19. She didn’t feel like going through the trouble of discounting it so just read what the cost is before tax.

I ordered from the Washington store like i always do. Never had a problem before. Tonight i call an hour after i order and ask where my food is. They said did you check out side, it said it was delivered. I find my food setting on the ground by my front door. Delivery person never knocked or anything. To say i am pissed is an understatement. Food is usually good and correct. However, this is the slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. My last several delivery orders took nearly an hour to arrive. I finally gave up on delivery and started ordering in the app for pickup. Even those haven’t been ready quickly. I just drove 10 minutes, then waited 15 minutes in store for my order to be completed. I get that businesses are busy and short staffed. However, when your slogan is “Subs so fast you’ll freak,” you just can’t be this slow.

Ordered once from here for delivery and they did wonderfull got us the food quick and everything was delicious, less than a month later called out again order they took the $ for the order, now waiting on a refund, and told us we will have it out it 20 minutes, awsome can’t wait, 5 minutes later I get a call I am on the edge of the city which is 4.5 miles from the store and they refuse to deliver apparently last time was a mistake? The trip takes 7-8 minutes so How? Im within city limits still apart of washington and less than 2 miles away, i know you drive farther out than that. What happened from last time to now? O it was a mistake? So you can’t go 4.5 miles from your store on a 30$ order? Asked for the manager was refused. Asked for him to call me and have my money refunded, still waiting on both, don’t think I’ll get either,

Loud in there, so scream your order. Food great, but menu doesn’t seem complete. And don’t say “Garg” as the younger generation doesn’t seem to get the old slang for the order.
