Very friendly and professional.
Started with a Negroni, then had a Man O’War.
They have all the alcohol for the cocktail you want. Well stocked.
Easy access and plenty of parking.
They offer snacks. Or you can get hot food from the adjacent place.

Bailey is a bartender baddie. She was great with our group and gave us some really cool history on all the drinks we ordered. She even has her own flower shop I can’t wait to order from. Can’t wait to come back for more drinks I will always recommend!!! The cool drink that she recommended in the photos is the “painkiller” and it was AMAZING.

Went on live music fridays and sat outside with our puppy, who was warmly greeted multiple times , the recommendations by Garrett were exactly as described by the engaging staff and the drinks were a work of art. Pictured above is the “Little Easy”, fantastic drink to sip on, feels warm and cozy going down, and not a punch to the face unlike other drinks.

I’m not one for bars. A friend of mine, whom I served with and recently moved to the area, wanted to reconnect. We picked this place. When I arrived, my war buddy was already bellied up to the bar regaling the bar tender with stories of ME! That night, we were the only ones in there, a quiet, dark, cozy place to share stories and enjoy a few good drinks. I liked it so much, a few weeks later I took my wife there!
I kind of forgot about going to The Bee’s Knees as time went on. Again, I’m not for bars. That was until another, different friend, came to visit. He wanted to go out and enjoy himself, the only place that came to mind was the Bees Knees.
Again, it wasn’t busy. At this point I realized that every time I’ve visited the Bees Knees it was on a Thursday evening. The bar tender remembered me, which was surprising since I’ve only been in there a few times.
The drinks are tasty! Though a bit expensive. But its a whisky bar, what do you expect? You should know what types, or makers of whisky (or other spirits, they have other spirits too) you like. You want an Old Fashioned? What whisky do you want? But if you don’t know (like my second friend), then the bar tender is happy to make some great recommendations (and not trying to upsell you). He really knows his stuff! He is not a “flare” bar tender, but does pay close attention to detail and really seems to enjoy making drinks and visiting with you at the bar.
A great experience all around! I will defiantly come back (and so will my friends and wife).

Best cocktails around! This is favorite place to be and have drinks. It’s quaint, classy, has great customer service, and lots of fun events. But most importantly, they know craft cocktails! We love Trivia nights on Tuesdays. We finally did a monthly cocktail making class that was VERY fun, being taught and making delicious cocktails with gin. They alternate alcohols each month.

Bees Knees has some of the best-crafted cocktails in the inland north Idaho area. Coming from craft culture the ingredients used are high quality, and the staff is so knowledgeable about the spirits. Moody, vibey, and a great place to end the evening with a specialty cocktail. Be sure to try It’s The Bees Knees, gin lover or not, this will be one you can’t get enough of.
