Who doesn’t love a hot, juicy Wendy’s hamburger? I usually do — but not at this location. From the start, the experience was off. We waited about five minutes just for the register to be ready, and when our order came out in under 30 seconds, that should have been the first red flag. The burger was not warm, not juicy, and definitely not up to Wendy’s usual standards.

It appears to be a newer location, but the food quality didn’t reflect that. Overall, a very disappointing visit. Maybe it’ll improve with time, but I won’t be returning based on this experience.

I bought a sausage and egg biscuit at 10 am. I took one bite and barely could eat that – threw the rest away. The sausage and the egg tasted like they had been out a long time. My husband’s maple bacon chicken sandwich was better. The young man waiting on me in the drive-thru was nice.

Let’s get real for second, this Wendy’s is so mid. The other day I came here for a basic order. It took like 20 minutes for them to get through like 2 cars. Amateur hour bro.

Also none of them have uniforms on? Like at all. Some kid was just hanging out in like a GAP hoodie. You’d think they’d be a little nicer considering they don’t seem to have a manager that actually puts them to work lol.

Every other time I’ve been here theres always some rude dude who hands you your food as well. Just go to potbelly down the street.

Just seems like they don’t have a good system set up at the moment. I’ll probably still go here though, it’s a toxic relationship I think.

I brought my 3 grandchildren here and they loved it. Rated it a 5 for cleanliness, nice atmosphere, quick friendly service, good food and clean nice restrooms with music.
We all loved the caramel crunch frosties.
This is their new favorite restaurant.

One Star – Extremely Rude and Unprofessional
I visited this Wendy’s (150 E 144th Ave, Thornton CO) on 9/28/25 around 9 PM. When I arrived, there were five or six young employees hanging around the counter and in the back, but no one greeted me or a couple of older customers who had walked in before me. I sat in my car for 5–10 minutes before coming inside and still nobody acknowledged anyone at the counter.

When I finally placed my order, I politely thanked the employee after paying. He turned and walked away without a single “you’re welcome” or any acknowledgment. The staff looked more interested in chatting with each other than in serving customers.

This was one of the rudest experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. Management clearly needs to address training, customer service, and supervision. Until then, I will not return.

Horrible experience. Placed mobile order. Asked for spoons for the 3 frostys. Kid in drive thru mumbled they are in the bag. No they were NOT. Neither was the large chilli. Called the so called manager, who kept calling me “brother man”?!?! How is this professional?!? Also he informed me that he can’t refund my card for the missing chili. That I have to go thru the app. Insanely horrible customer service from start to finish. Do you even interview the people you hire? The staff there can barely speak English let alone do the job. Avoid this location at all costs. Ridiculous.

I’ve only been to this Wendy’s a couple times and both times I’ve wanted to write a review about the staff being great. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the two guys that made my original review five stars but special shoutout to Anthony today. He gets five stars himself

So I had gotten a spicy chicken sandwich, and went back to work and started eating my sandwich.. half way through my sandwich I noticed that the chicken was not fully cooked it was still very RAW! in the middle, so I return back to the store and wanted to get my money back which I did but when asking for the name of the manager I was told Faith was the manager on duty that night by a guy named John/ Johnathan, but when the manager Faith came back to the window I asked her name and she told me that her name was Isabella. So long story short they are Lying I asked for her manager but she said her manager is on PTO and her name is Ronda Supposedly. Very upsetting considering the fact I can get sick.

Something is severely wrong with this Wendy’s location. Lines can have one person, and they never move, and they never answer the intercom. I’ve seen multiple people get out of line and leave. Whoever is in charge of this needs to have corporate reach out. Something is going on that isn’t good. I’m not sure if they don’t have enough employees or what it is, but I’ve never seen a Wendy’s location this slow. I’ve had to leave it twice while in line because nobody came to the intercom.
