Fantastic bbq the food came out pretty quick. The meats were amazing and had great flavor. We got the turnip greens and Mac n cheese both were good. Best greens I’ve found in the area so far. Pulled pork empanada very yummy too.
We didn’t get to try the Cornbread bc it was still frozen

Delicious food overall, would definitely recommend and go again.

Stopped in to the Easton Public Market for lunch. So happy we did. Hubby got a brisket sandwich with creamy coleslaw and Carolina sauce. I’m not a huge BBQ fan, but he is. He enjoyed his sandwich and said the sauce is key. I tried a bite and have to say the sauce has a nice tang. Happy he enjoyed it.

Amazing barbecue joint in the Easton Public Market. Great, tender barbecue meats. Plug for the brisket and sausage. Super friendly staff. Chill ambience – the market has a great vibe. Good coffee and dessert selections right next door. Highly recommended!

Inside the Easton public market. Food is great but wish they shaved off the brisket fat before serving, but I guess there are people who love that part.

We ate here last evening around 5:30pm. It was busy, but not crazy, before the bigger rush arrived. After we paid, the cashier informed us there was only 1 bottle of water left, when we had already paid for 2. He refused to refund us since we didn’t want a soda. Then the employees prepping food gave my husband the burned ends of the brisket in his sandwich, which turned out to be 95% fat, and inedible– because his was the last sandwich made before they announced they were out. His sandwich then sat for 15- 20 min because they forgot to drop my fried chicken for my sandwich. They also forgot to drop fries, so we had to come back to pick up the fries, which were rushed, and therefore uncooked on the inside, but burned on the outside. It was bad all around. No one apologized or gave us the option to cancel the order, which we would have gladly done before even picking it up. Also— employees ran out of clean trays, so instead of washing them, they brushed off the old crumbs with their fingers, and re-used the dirty ones. Disaster of an experience.

4 star only because of their collard green was terrible. We were thinking maybe someone who never have had collard greens cooked it. The texture was off and the taste was off too.
But their pulled pork and baked beans were fantastic. We were surprised by how great they were! Their brisket was great as well, it’s just we liked pulled pork more. Their house pickle was good, I liked cucumber and vinegary cabbages. I wish I could get those two more instead of coleslaw made with mayo.
There were two staffs, one wasn’t really nice but the other one who made our plate , she was very nice.

Absolutely finger-lickin delicious! The Brisket was smokey and so tender with an immense amount of flavor. Burnt end beans are creamy with a complex deep southern flare. Coleslaw was also very creamy and delicious. I can’t stop thinking of it. I want to take the 2 hour drive once again for more. 100% recommended, you will not regret it.

Came here for some brisket all the way from East Stroastburg. The brisket didn’t disappoint. The mac&cheese was good and the beans were amazing! Definitely recommend!

The food’s pretty good, but I found it grating that all the sides were off-balance. One or two little issues get a free pass; too many little issues add up and become super noticeable. Please experiment with the ratio of salt to sugar to vinegar for each side, and then measure things out precisely. The cucumber had way too much sugar and needed a bit of salt; the slaw hardly had any vinegar; the onions needed less vinegar and a touch of sugar; and the baked beans needed more acidity.
