I went there on my birthday (03-03-26). There was 3 of us total. WORST customer service I have ever had at any business. So, we arrive, there was no greet..which whatever. It looked like the gal was “trining”. I order the new lucky charms ice cream, I asked for a green waffle bowl and I asked if I can customize it. I thought she didn’t hear me at first, but she grabbed a regular bowl and so I asked if I can have the chocolate bowl instead. She rolled her eyes and threw the other bowl on the back counter. She grabbed a RED bowl with chocolate. She puts the ice cream on the stone and starts dumping in the charms, glitter, and icing? I told her that’s not what I wanted, I wanted to customize it, and she ignored me again, so I said that’s not wanted ma’am. She barely even had the ice cream on the stone, barely folded the toppings in it. Shoved it in the bowl and I said that’s not what I wanted. I walk over to my aunt and told her what had happened. My aunt orders hers…she only wanted a bowl. She wanted coconut and chocolate. She only got coconut put on there by the girl and didn’t even put it on the stone to mix it. My grandpa, he just wanted chocolate, she again left it in the bowl instead of putting it on the stone. I thought that was the point of getting cold stone ice cream! So then we were checking out, and the pin reader wasn’t working, tried telling the gal who was so RUDE to us and she said “it’s new, it’s not working right”… So then we ask what do we do?..I work in customer service by the way, and I helped my aunt get the pin reader working. The lady didn’t tell us good bye or anything. Also we couldn’t bypass the tip on the pin pad either. I never ever leave nasty reviews but I was blown away about how bad my experience was. I have been there many times and everything was fine and dandy. This time was awful. I will not be returning.

Placed an online order. Online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Came in to pick up order and it wasn’t even started. There were 4 people in the place, 3 that had already been served 1 in line. We were told it must have gotten missed and they would make it. We waited for them to help the gentlemen in front of us than waited another 20 minutes for our order to get done. They bagged out order and we left. We discovered we were missing one thing from the order, we called to let them know that it was missing and we’d be on our way back to get it. The guy that answered the phone argued with us that we should have everything. Than told us we’d have to wait again for the line of hockey players that were now in for the order we had already paid for and waited for almost an hour for at this point. We asked that it be made first and asked to speak with a manger just to be told we could when we got there. My wife went in and the manager was kind and informed us our order was being made the guy than made it wrong my wife informed the manager it was not what she ordered and the guy was upset and the manager told him they’d have to remake it which he than threw the spoon he had down and very angrily did but yet again was still wrong. I dont think we’ll be back to this location until a little customer service can be taught.

Just got back from Cold Stone Creamery. Well, we were giving them a second chance from last time we were there. We will definitely not be going back. The service was really slow, and they charge you double for what you get. Barley a scoop in each order and I had the LIKE it size, and my Granddaughter had the LOVE it size. And then this gentleman came in and ordered 2 medium shakes. Not only did he have to wait forever for his order he had to wait another 10minutes to get the second shake. The first shake was only 1/2 full and melting but the second shake was also 1/2 full. I know times are tough right now, but this is just so wrong.

The person who took my order was nice. I placed the order Friday afternoon and was able to pick up the custom ice cream cake for my daughter on Sun. I was a few hours late picking it up, but they were really nice about it. My daughter doesn’t like regular oreos (only golden oreos), so she got white chocolate chips added, but throughout the cake, there were black spots of what looked like regular oreo pieces. I was ok with that since the pieces weren’t that big, and you couldn’t really taste it. My issue was the piece of hair that we found stuck in the middle layer of the ice cream cake. Luckily it was a piece that my husband was eating and not me lol. We were grossed out finding the hair. Maybe we’ll give them a try again in the future as things like this can happen from time to time and probably doesn’t reflect the hygiene of this store. Unfortunately, right now, we dont plan on going back anytime soon.

Just the most unfriendly staff the product is always phenomenal but whether it’s a guy or a girl working the always look bummed when I walk inside they don’t greet you with a warm friendly smile they look like they are irritated that you even showed up. Always a cold “no pun intended” expressionless face. Just unfortunate that everyone who works here gives me the impression they either hate their life their job or both.

Cold Stone Creamery offers a sweet treat with friendly service, which makes for a pleasant experience. The ice cream is delicious with lots of fun mix-ins to choose from. However, the prices are on the higher side, so it may not be an everyday stop. But if you’re looking for a special indulgence, it’s worth it!

Paid $14 for 2 small bowls of ice cream. The first one she dumped on the cold stone and added the first ingredient. She didn’t even really mix it and then she put it in back in the bowl and just put the second ingredient on top. The second bowl she didn’t even bother mixing on the cold stone, she just put it straight into the bowl and put the add ins on top. WTH!! Having worked in retail for many years and dealing with the public I don’t really like to complain. Dealing with the public these days sucks. So I said nothing, just paid the bill and left but what a disappointing visit. My friend had never been to a cold stone before so I guess I over-hyped it cuz I love coldstone but had never been to this particular location myself. Will I go back again? Probably, cuz everybody has off days. Gotta give the place another chance, it’s the right thing to do. If it happens next time I’ll speak up, but tactfully and not Karen like.

Horrible service. My son went in there last week to pick up his dad’s birthday cake. They were very rude and refused to write on the cake. The bottom of the cake was all mushed together and the graham crackers had finger prints all around. We will never purchase another cake there again.

Was busy, and expecting a wait. But doing three orders in 30 mins is a little long. The two people working made it very obvious they didn’t want to be there. One worker went to the back for a few minutes as there was 14 people in line. And the other one was wearing blue gloves, as she was standing there listening to the orders, decided to pick her nose! We immediately left. And the other lady was preparing the ice cream with no gloves. And wiped her hands on her pants! There should be some health check.
