I always have a great experience at our local Chick-fil-A. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and tastes great every time we go. What really stands out though is the staff. Everyone is always friendly, smiling, and genuinely seems happy to be there.
They speak to customers very respectfully, using “yes sir” and “yes ma’am,” which you don’t see as often anymore and it really makes the experience feel welcoming. They’re also conversational and don’t make you feel rushed, yet they still manage to get orders out quickly.
Most of the staff seem pretty young, but they carry themselves very professionally and do an excellent job. It’s honestly refreshing to see that level of politeness and work ethic.
It’s clear the team takes pride in their service. Great food and great people — definitely one of the best run fast food places around.

I don’t have too many complaints about Chick-fil-A. Except for when your DoorDashing. Sometimes you’re standing there for a while waiting for the order to get done. Then DoorDash you know complains that you’re late for delivering. I think they need to work more as a team than individual barking orders. That’s not just for the employees but that’s also for the management team. Instead of standing around get involved work together. To be a good general manager or even manager. You have to be willing to get your hands dirty and help those in need. This is a big problem with management today. Since they get to higher pay grade and all they got to do is paperwork and boss people around. They feel like they don’t have to do all the grunt stuff anymore. I know I’ve been a manager. This should be the main focus in the main goal of every manager. ” I will never tell or make you to do a job that I can’t do myself”. This quote should be posted on all job sites in the restaurant in fast food industries. Sorry I’m burning up. Like I said it is a great place to eat and to enjoy yourself. I just think the staff need to work a little bit better. Other than that their service is great they’re demeanor is awesome. They greet you with a smile. They say have a good day. They’re great staff they just need more coordination.

i only got 7 nuggets when i ordered 8 count. this does seem like a small issue to be upset over however i am unable to go back and get a remake so overall pretty sad about this just because food is expensive so overall it needs more attention to detail 🙁

First time to eat inside the new Chick-fil-A in altus. Our food was good . Peppermint shakes were!! Service was good, servers were very Friendly. Granddaughter enjoyed the play area.

We frequent this location for our quick meal needs. The establishment always has a clean table. The employees are kind and helpful. Our order often has something missing though. I know it happens from time to time but for me it happens more frequently than I’d expect.

What chick-fil-a doesn’t have their signature Chick-Fil-A sauce? This location. I have literally never been to a location that has run out of the sauce. Very disappointing, cancelled my order because I only ever get the Chick-Fil-A sauce with my food.

Absolutely love CFA. Always known for great service and food. The employees are extremely friendly but I have never been to a CFA that consistently forgets sauces, straws, food, etc. Every time I go here, which is often, something is wrong. Disappointing for what I consider the best “fast food”.

DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDER APP. Unless you want an additional 10 minute wait. This location is either mismanaged, understaffed, or just caters to the drive through lane not the mobile order lane. Every time I use the app and go through their mobile order lane. I am always waiting an additional 10 minutes. No matter the order size.
Always have to check my bag before leaving. This location is always missing something.

I’m visiting my daughter at her first duty station here in Altus. I have never had waffle fries that taste so horrible at a Chick-fil-A …the fries where fried extremely too hard almost like a potato chip and they taste like the oil was burnt or old. I did not noticed the fries until we got back on the base. After an almost a 6 hour drive to Altus, I did not want to go drive back to the restaurant. My daughter stated that when she gets her fries from this location she has to sprinkle water on them, put them in the microwave in order to eat them, as if this is the norm as she loves chick fil a. I told her like I’m about to say here …. Unacceptable!!! The reputation of chick fil a is being ruined at this location.
