UPDATE 6/16/23: I still have not received a refund after emailing, leaving a voicemail, filling out forms, and leaving this review. I just got an email now, to Mr. Ricardo. This is actually the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
UPDATE 6/28/23: I finally received a refund. It had to become my full time job getting anyone to respond. I can not believe what a terribly run company this is.
Yesterday, we asked for a tuna sandwich and the tuna was raw! I asked, and the answer was, The next time I need to specify I want my tuna cooked , Im pregnant so I didn’t feel was safe to eat it, in a sushi restaurant they use lemon or lime for “cooked” in habit they need to use the grill, that’s the way! Im sure nobody expect a raw tuna in a sandwich, the good thing is they made another..but I dont think that was the good answer so, if you gonna ask for 9ne make sure you let them know you dont want blood into the sandwich. And don’t ask for sweet potatoes they are always burned
What really stood out was the balance. The pickles were crisp and tangy, the lettuce and tomato were fresh (no sad soggy veggies here), and the burger sauce — kind of a tangy aioli-meets-thousand-island vibe — tied everything together really nicely.
Service is OK, it’s a little annoying they just put your tray of food up at the counter and there is no identifying information. I saw two times where someone else grabbed the wrong tray in 30 minutes.
Indoor area is a little messy, tables weren’t wiped well or not at all. Some of the condiments were empty.
