Very disappointed. This location they’re not making their product correctly. I live walking distance across the street from them and I’ve gone several times and the item that I would like to get is available.But every time I get it, it tastes so off it tastes so bad.I’ve left a message for the owner to give me a call.Which he has not, I called again.And left another time my information.But I could walk to this location when I get the bad item.I have to go home get in my car and drive to another location.Which is very inconvenient.I like to support my neighborhood and my neighborhood business.And i’m not able to do that if I keep getting bad product

They do not take Rita’s gift cards!!!! You need to state that somewhere if it’s the case. This is the only reason we came- to use a gift card we were given. Do not recommend. Whole chain has definitely gone downhill from what it used to be.

I have been going to this location when store open early 20’s, Lisa was working. The atmosphere was great. Under new management the service is very poor. Prices gone up without notice. Board gives a different price then register. Machines (custard/ blender) constantly out of service. Sometimes there are only two flavors to choose. Very poor service, employees are very professional.

My mother and I just left this location, and I felt compelled to leave a review for Lisa. She was excellent. It was my first time visiting and I was thoroughly impressed with her customer service. She made us feel welcome to try as many flavors as we wanted. She was very knowledgable of the product and made great suggestions for substitutions. I would definitely recommend a visit.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. I came here last night and I was in disbelief on how the employees were swearing, talking about stealing 30 dollars out of the drawers. They claimed to be out of everything. They swore at this old lady that came in with her husband. There was not an adult employee to be seen at 9:30pm. Just a bunch of disrespectful teenagers working there. Will never go to this location again.

I can’t wait until the Joppa Road location is open again. I pulled in nine minutes to closing, and there were still people being waited on so I thought great I’m not the only one coming late. The employees refuse to wait on me they said they were closed. Meanwhile they were still making the other peoples treats. I told them it was still six minutes to closing But the worker said his clock says 8 o’clock, and they were waiting on people. I showed them my phone and told them it was 7:54, but they insisted they were closed and refused me service. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. I will be contacting management.

I cannot resist a Rita’s vanilla custard with chocolate sprinkles. This time I got to overhear the franchise owner coaching his employees on how to protect and present the image of the business and brand. It was a pleasure and made me feel even better about supporting his store. The service is outstanding because he cares and he teaches and expects his team to care. I’m a believer!!!
