This popeyes has improved SIGNIFICANTLY! Everything was hot and fresh. My order was correct and my biscuits were buttery! I would’ve have given 5 stars but they gave me a bunch of thighs which I don’t eat and they didn’t tell me! Other than that it’s a huge improvement.

Amazing chicken. On my child’s birthday they wished her a happy birthday and we left her favorite restaurant and ate our chicken at home happily. Delicious food, and service is awesome. Don’t trust the 1-star reviews, double-check your orders, and always use Popeyes app for extra perks.

We visit this store on Saturday, and this was the worse experience of my life. While we standing in The queue to order, the mess up 3 customers in front of us order and give the wrong food. When we eventually got a chance to place our order, we ask for the special on the large combo, of which the cashier had no idea that the special is on.
After we received the items, I had a look in the bag to make sure our order are correct. The fries were ice cold, the biscuit so hard the a rock feels softer.
When I complained at the counter about the food quality, the manager was really bad.
He said that he will refund my order, and leave his store.
I will never set my foot in any Popeyes again, and all my friends and family will know about this rude customer service that I received!!!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Popeyes on i10 and Calder

My recent visits to the Popeyes on i10 and Calder have left me thoroughly disappointed with the declining standards of customer service at this location.

Several months ago, upon arriving to pick up an app order, I encountered a team of teenage workers whose behavior was far from professional. When I requested a gallon of tea, I was met with a blunt and rude response, “we ain’t got no mo tea,” indicating a lack of willingness to prepare more, rather than a genuine shortage. The situation escalated when I sought a refund, only to face additional unprofessionalism as the staff claimed ignorance regarding in-app order refunds.

Hoping for an isolated incident, I returned recently, only to be met with similar discourtesy. Once again, my interaction at the speaker left much to be desired. The response to my order for fries was a flat-out “we ain’t got no fries,” necessitating a substitution. Moreover, when I requested all dark meat, the staff inaccurately informed me that such a choice wasn’t available through the app, despite my previous successful requests. Their dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to address concerns about order customization highlighted a serious lapse in service quality.

The consistent unprofessional behavior and dismissive attitude exhibited by the staff at this Popeyes location reflect a severe deficiency in customer service standards. There is an evident need for management intervention and improved training to ensure a more welcoming, efficient, and customer-centric experience for patrons.

I just want to give a big shout out to Mrs. LeeEster!!! She did an awesome job tonight!!! She has great customer service and is a pleasure!!! She took really good care of all the customer with a smile on her face!!!! Went there yesterday at 6:15pm, all they had were breasts! Every employee is on the phone and who ever takes your order has the worse attitude of the day , no home training and shouldn’t be dealing with the public. The telephone number to contact the store is disconnected. I’m sure that’s on purpose. This store has deteriorated greatly over the last year. I wish Frenchys would come down here from Houston and take over! The ppl in there now are embarrassing. Go to the Lumberton location, at least they have manners and respect their customers. I didn’t order that attitude, just call in next time , stop messing up other ppl day!

I actually love Popeyes, one of my favorite places. However, I stopped by one in Beaumont at 510 I-10 frontage rd, in Beaumont for a business meeting. The lady spoke when I first walked in and I spoke back but was also look for the rest room. I guess the lady didn’t like that I didn’t run to the counter so she proceeded to speak under her breath and a co-worker laughed. I didn’t get a chance to catch her name because by the time I was ready to order, her crusty unprofessional behind was walking out the door because she clocked out. I completely understand, if I looked almost 50+ and still worked at Popeyes. I’d probably be disgruntled too. However, she may not be 50, maybe she just had a hard life and looks it. Other than that, the other lady that took my order was really nice, the facility was clean and my food was good.

I made a mobile order on the app. It took me 10 minutes to get there. Once I got there my order was NOT ready. I waited a total of 15 more minutes before somebody actually got to making my order. The chicken tasted old. The biscuit and fries were pretty good. I seen alot of packets in my bag so I assumed they put my packet of honey in there..NOPE..not to mention they have terrible customer service. Once the guy finished making my order he just left the counter.
