We got breakfast here for the first time, and Terrance who took our order was incredibly pleasant and kind. Our food came out quick and very hot and fresh. Reading these negative reviews Im sure they’ve made some changes. Would absolutely recommend!

Waited 30 minutes to order and just ended up leaving. GM needs to learn to give directions better. Girl in the front was running around so much she didn’t even have time to place our order…..hoping this will improve. For the 2nd day being open I had higher expectations. Please learn to be competent and put condiments in the bags, absolutely ridiculous that every time you go you can NEVER get your order in full, reconstruction obviously has not changed the reputation of this place so far.update. wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered food from here. I ordered with DoorDash and my order hadn’t come within an hour so naturally, I called the establishment to see what was up with it. The lady picks up and informs me “that ain’t got nothing to do with us. Maam, nobody has came to pick up no DoorDash order.” And I replied, confused “you mean that the wait time has nothing to do with Burger King but with DoorDash?” And she goes “yes.” 0 star customer service. They should have someone more educated and less spiteful operating the phone. My DoorDasher called me and told me that Burger King had said they were out of biscuits. When I and my husband received our food, the drink was watered down, it wasn’t the drink we’d ordered, and our food was burnt. childish.

We’ve eaten at this burger king several times, location is convenient. We’ve never had a problem with our food, always been good and hot. Their service is a little slow and their customer service isn’t the greatest but I don’t care. Restaurant in itself is kept clean for the most part, it’s not filthy. Their coke machine is pretty full and their bathrooms are okay. We’ll continue to eat here!
