I read the reviews, and still gave it another chance. It took over an hour and fifteen minutes for me to get my order. No update via the web available, nothing via email, the app…nothing. I called and got an automated message that my order was out for delivery. The delivery man arrived and didn’t say a word, even when my husband spoke. The pizzas and wings, cold. The pizza looked like it had been sitting for ages, stiff, dry, disgusting. So disappointing. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, I was asked to hold as she was speaking with another customer at the moment. I held, and when she answered, I was told that the driver was held up from an accident along the route for delivery. I hope that was the truth, and I wish there would have been some sort of communication. All other delivery services alert you in some way if your order is delayed. Money wasted, not even sure my next order will be satisfactory. The last time I ordered I was disappointed as well. I love Papa John’s, I guess I may have to try another location…which sucks.

I always come to this Papa John’s but this time there was one gentleman in there doing a great job alone, his name is Kerr. He greeted me as soon as I walked in very genuinely, I let him finish his pizzas he got my payment and i was in and out. My pizza looks amazing. this customer service does in fact make my day, Thank you guys ❤️

Pizza was delivered. As soon as I got it went to the kitchen to check it was correct as the last two times it was incorrect. It was not. Tried to do the driver as she was about to leave and she just drove off anyway. Contacted the store and was told bc it was a minor mistake I’d need to come to the store to get it fixed myself. Asked to speak to the manager and overheard the employee on the phone talking to them telling him to tell me he couldn’t talk and that they weren’t going to fix it. Told them I would wait as I fully expected it to be corrected out the order to be refunded. Was placed on hold multiple times without being told I was being placed on hold. The poor employee flat out told me the manager was refusing to speak to me. I told him I would wait and then I was hung up on. Even it was a small fix it is a major fix in my household as now my child will not be eating the meal at all and I basically threw 40 dollars down the drain. Driving to the store is a ridiculous ask and not even an option for me at this time. Will be being the biggest Karen there ever was bc this is now the third time this has happened. Crazy how ppl not even making a livable wage ride hard for these big corporations and treat customers like crap

Always good experiences, their claim of using fresh, never-frozen ingredients is well backed up. Always good coupons and deals going on as well. Shaq-A-Roni pizza was excellent – claims to have at least 60 slices of pepperoni, but pretty sure ours had about 100! Garlic epic stuffed crust was a great try as well. Twix Papa Bites weren’t amazing, but a decent dessert option. Always fast and accurate service.
Update 07/2024 – cheesy burger promotion is a good one! Cheesy burger pizza is great, unique and a good hybrid of burger and pizza, love the pickles! Cheesy burger papadia and papa bites very good as well, burger sauce is a nice vinegary-cheese sauce. Also went for pepperoni sausage six cheese pizza with garlic stuffed crust – can’t go wrong! Great rewards and timely service, as ever.

Do not recommend ordering delivery from this location. Waited over 2 hours for our pizza and it was cold by the time it got here. We tried to call several times we were put on hold without a word and waited for someone to pick up for more than 10 minutes before ending the call each time.

The delivery was very quick. But this brownie honestly taste awful. I can’t tell if it’s old, stale or just taste like the freezer. It wasn’t warm at all. I ordered a Pepsi and I got a Dr Pepper that was wrapped up in a bag so I wasn’t able to figure out it was the wrong soda until I sat down to finally eat. I was told “we ran out of Pepsi “so I guess the assumption is that a Dr. Pepper is a good replacement? It’s going in the trash . They said they’ll give me money back for it, but I guess we’ll see in a few days. But honestly I just can’t get over how bad this brownie was

ordered from the papa johns for me and my kids to eat for lunch and dinner and around dinner discovered a beard hair in one of the slices. Nobody in my house has a beard so it’s clear to me this didn’t come from any of us. the person i spoke to on the phone was less than helpful and i was offered a store credit unless i brought the product back to the store. i don’t need your store credit because i don’t plan on eating here again. one thing i don’t mess around with is hair in my food. it’s been 10 years since i’ve had pizza hut. looks like i’m adding papa johns to that list.

For what I saw the older gentleman employee do tonight, deserves 5 stars for me!! It’s cold and raining out, he started to get in his car, then he turned around and gave his pizza to a homeless man standing outside under the porch of the building right next to it. (Busy packed Friday night, that’s where we had to park).
The man didn’t ask for anything, just trying to get away from the rain. This selfless act of kindness warmed my heart! With so much hate in the world today, it’s great to see there are still some nice people out there.
I feel like if the Papa John CEO saw what I saw tonight, he would put him in a commercial or write up of “Papa John Cares” ad or something. It just touched me. And I thought it was worth sharing.
I frequent this location about once every 2 weeks, ups and downs. Mostly all up. Biggest problem would be the employees upset with one another. Nothing to write a review about. But TODAY, it’s worth it. I just want to tell him thank you! God will bless you for helping out the underdog. You made my day. ❤️

I’ll never go here again. Placed an order 2 pizzas and an order of wings. To be picked up at 3:45. I got there at 3:30. I seen my order ready just sitting there. However, the guy with dreads was making dough for the pizza. He never said one word. I heard someone near the oven. But no one said one word. I kept looking at the camera and my watch. But no response. No acknowledgement. As I left. I saw a driver pulled up. I said is this how y’all do business. I’ve been sitting here and no nothing. Then I told him to cancel my order. Soooooooooo unprofessional. So I just took my business to domininoes. Where they seemed happy to have me as a customer.
