We are a small town bar & grill with a big heart! Our bar has seen a few name changes over the years. This year with new ownership we have done a complete renovation on this old bar. We would like invite you all in to enjoy a nice rustic northern themed bar. We purchased a pretty cool moose carving from PM Carvings that everyone needs to see. If that’s not cool enough for you to checkout then maybe our stamped barn wood floor by Dustin Kowalski will get you excited. This renovated place has a lot of pretty cool features that you might not see in your normal bar. Stop in for a burger and beer or just bring the family for burgers and sodas. At the end of your visit I hope you feel like you just spent time with your friends and family.

I was kindly welcomed as I was walking in, and staff was quick to get drinks to our table. Parking is free and ample & the place is right on the main street, hard to miss
another thing about this place, is its actually spotless. bathrooms look as if they were just industrially cleaned and the booths were dirt free and had no damage whatsoever. owners clearly care about their business!

Stopped by on our way through from MN to OH. It’s worth the stop! Fries were hot and crisp, double burger was huge. Bluegill fish was lightly flour battered and very tasty. Then lets talk about the fried potato salad! Never heard of it and it was unique. Fried potatoes with a very unique sauce. Nice menu with lots of options and a standard kids menu. The staff were so nice and the place has cool wood floors.

Update: went back and it is awesome! Great bar food, great service. Excellent chicken tenders, fries, burgers.. and cold beer. The street side does not look like much, but around back is really cool. just wish there were more stools with backs. Had a good time! 10/30/22 – once again, service was great! Fish tacos were excellent. Beef tacos were oddly seasoned. Still, ate them all!

Love finding this type of place. It’s a small town family owned bar and restaurant. Above average food, great prices, outstanding service and cold drinks. The pleasant atmosphere felt welcoming as soon as we walked in. Neat layout and cool features. Best place we visited in past 2 visits to the area. As a bonus the Casey’s convenience store in town has the cheapest gas we saw in 100 miles.

Great little bar! Food was excellent, drinks were cold, staff was friendly. Id come here everyday if i lived nearby. The “Northern southern comfort” sandwich was amazing, the waffles were soft and sweet. I upgraded to “fried potato salad”, best decision of my life. It was fried potatoes covered in sauce with bacon and a little celery. Mind blowing delicious.

Had some drinks with friends from work. Everyone said food was good, I had fried mushrooms. They were great! Reasonable prices…4-6 happy hour was great on a Thursday afternoon. Smaller but very friendly. Worth the stop!

What a nice place. Great food, service. Nicely stocked bar. You order from a paper menu you fill out yourself. Give that to the waitress and your all set. The food portions are awaome. You’ll be needing to take leftovers, cause your gonna have some. Crispy chicken sandwich, onion rings, crispy chicken straps were awesome. The meals come with fries. Very fast and friendly staff. Stop in, give them a try. I loved it!!!
