Went for the $2 personal pizzas and they’re not worth it. They come in foil tins. They were hard to remove because they stuck to the sides and were also soggy. Dough was not good. I’m a fan of their normal pizza. But the foil tins makes them soggy. Hopes this helps.

How do I give negative stars on here ?
Worst pizza ever!!! Ordered 3 pizzas with a order of stuffed garlic knots . They were out of the knots so that already was a bad start. Then when we get home our thin crust pizzas were so over done that a piece of the crust fell to the floor and our dog almost choked on it. It’s raining so we don’t want to go back out. Dinner was a fail thanks to Pizza Hut.

You need to scan QR code to view menu. Luckily the server offered to list the specials off the top of his head since my service wasn’t working to load the menu. Two medium one topping pizzas for $17. Waiting area is small but clean.

I went there to pick up my order and I saw one of the employee grabbed meat with his bare hand and wiped his hands with apron. It is very disgusting. I wouldn’t go there again.

I have ordered from here 3 times. The first time everything was great, although I feel it was overpriced. I ordered again because the quality of the food was good before, but this time I opted for no contact delivery and I there was no notification of delivery or knock on the door. After 45 minutes had passed I opened the door and the delivery had been left. The pizza was entirely cold and didn’t taste great. Disappointing, but I was still willing to give them another try. The third time, I also did not receive any notification or know, it took longer than estimated, the pizza was cold and they were missing the soda I had ordered and paid for. For the price you pay, it feels like a complete ripoff. I felt like I just threw my money away. Not ordering from here again.

They accidentally left a pizza on our door step with the ‘no contact delivery’ and I called right away but they said they couldn’t redeliver it so they asked us to let them know what the order was so they could redo it and deliver to the proper address. They told us to keep the pizzas at that point (obviously) so of course we had to try it… The thin crust pepperoni with jalapenos was SO good! We never order pizza and when we do we don’t typically use Pizza Hut but after that thin crust pizza we won’t order from anyone else ever again- it was that good. I love thin crust pizza and this one was perfect. A happy mistake I guess?

Pizza Hut has the worst service of any Pizza chain. Most expensive, food shows up barely warm and items missing. The customer service end? There isn’t any! They owe me items, but refused to credit my card or deliver them out! They offered a credit to my account. That was 5 years ago. I let them keep my money and never ordered from them again. Does anyone care about delivering a complete quality product anymore? I see by the recent reviews that Pizza hut is still dropping the ball on delivering a quality product. Complete buffoons working there.

I ordered the Detroit pizza and the cheese DID NOT go to the edge of the crust as advertised . There was a thick ring of flavorless crust around the whole pizza with no caramelized cheese crust. Also, the app said my pizza was ready, but when I came to the store, the pizza was still in the oven. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean and felt safe and sanitary.

I’m forced to give 1 star if it was up to me I wouldn’t give any! If you want to order from an establishment that will consistently get your order wrong, then look no more! I’ve ordered from here various times ( because it’s so close to my house) and each time I hope that it will be better than the last. NOPE! Never happens. The delivery takes forever! When you finally get your food it’s cold and wrong! Then the employee has the audacity to have an attitude! Like hello, you got MY order wrong! The hell are you mad for?!? Today I ordered via delivery. My soda was wrong, pizza was wrong and only got 6 wings when I was supposed to have 8. Seriously!?!? Complete JOKE!!
