Stopped in after the Christmas parade. My bread was old and stale also NOT a regular size sub. Bread was VERY small, lettuce brown and frozen, veggies were old. I had same issues months ago, thought things might have been corrected. Apparently NOT. I will NOT be back, I’ll find another store more reputable and I wasted $30.00 on 2 stale and very small stale subs! Shame on you Subway. I worked as the GM for years at a Subway. I would have NEVER ALLOWED that kind of slop to be sold out of my store.

The young lady working lunch today was not very friendly or helpful. I would have given a one rating had it not been for the young man working who made everything right. I ask the young lady if they had and fresh lettuce because there was obviously rotten lettuce in what they had out. Her answer was that that was the fresh lettuce. I was about to leave when the young man at the register said he would get some fresh. He was very helpful and personable. The young lady was not either

Literally the third time in three weeks that I called my order in ahead of time only to drive 30 minutes and be told they “never got a call in”. Forget it. Not worth the trouble. I understand that it’s mostly kids that run these places but shouldn’t there be an adult SOMEWHERE???
