Great, friendly staff! Always a good experience here! The food is amazing, the beers are always top notch, the brew master definitely knows his stuff! The patio is a great relaxing vibe with good seating and a nice garden. They also have a board game room with an amazing collection!
Parking is right down the street in the gravel lot. Get the brisket mac and cheese!

First time stopping by and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the patio is nice, they have a gaming area. Staff was friendly, head brewer took the time to explain the history of the place. Will come back again.

I am in Houston for work and was looking for a quick craft beer after a long day.

I found City Acre brewing from solid ratings. After a beer, I planned to go get dinner in the area… my plans changed as soon as I arrived.

I was fortunate to get there moments before the kitchen closed. I ordered the brewery burger with pepper jack and a side of fried green tomatoes and a spicy dipping sauce. Everything. Was. Amazing.

I washed it down with an oatmeal stout, and the 3day weekend hazy with a splash of peach sour that was baller.

James, the head brewer was working the bar and I chatted with him for nearly a half hour about his beers, other recommended craft beer in town, sports and more. Super nice dude.

All in all, the beer, food, and service were off the charts and I’ll be back later in the week.

Unique spot for food and diverse craft beer. The brisket mac was okay and the chicken tenders were over cooked. They did replace the chicken and those were better but still a bit chewy. The parm fries were soggy so iI would recommend fried stuff without sauce. The service was excellent and the fruited sours were amazing. The pineapple cream ale was awesome. That all said I will keep my eye on them to see what interesting beers they drop next.

This is a great hidden gem in Houston. I love the buffalo chicken flatbread pizza with extra pickles. It’s great and the owner and everyone that works here is so kind! Try it out.

Absolutely loved our visit to City Acre Brewery! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home–warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The new menu is full of exciting and creative options, and we had a hard time choosing what to try first (a good problem to have!).

The handcrafted sodas are a unique and refreshing touch, and the beer? Outstanding. You can really taste the care and craft that goes into every pour. We were lucky enough to chat with the brewer–charming, passionate, and clearly dedicated to making the experience special for everyone who visits.

And the food! The burgers are absolutely next level–made in-house, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly paired with the brews. You can tell there’s a lot of heart behind everything they do here.

We couldn’t recommend City Acre Brewery more and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Really cozy spot, took a chance since it was close to the airport and glad I did. Good food and tons of outdoor seating. Has some off the wall beers but also well done classics. I was surprised that they have stocked gameroom and table top wargamming area! There is parking in a fenced lot, it’s just across the street and free. Very unique and very cool! An easy recommendation!

We had our wedding at this beautiful brewery/beer garden. The outdoor vibe is incredibly beautiful. They have recently renovated a lot of the outdoor area. Our wedding was the first event after the renovations, and I could not be happier with the way everything turned out. We let them handle the bar and food aspects and they nailed it. Everyone loved the drinks and food we served. Everyone commented about how it was the most beautiful outdoor wedding they have ever attended. I will be making the effort to return after the public re-grand opening.
