Omg! Don’t sleep on this restaurant. Rachel’s service is amazing and the food is stellar. The fried shrimp is one of the best fried shrimp that we’ve had and they’re well caught. The Philly cheesesteak has crispy ribeye with soft onions and peppers in it. I got double American cheese on it and it was to die for with soft sub bread. My friends ordered the tomato bisque with the grilled cheese and liked it. The magnolia salad is also a do not miss item. Reese was our chef and came out to speak to us personally. We highly recommend this location.

Outstanding experience at Hook and Eagle Tavern! They went above and beyond to support and serve a large group of women from the Brevard Women Social Club, and every detail was handled beautifully. The service was exceptional, the food was absolutely phenomenal, and the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. From start to finish, it was truly top-notch. Delicious food, great drinks, and an atmosphere that made our group feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommend!

We were excited to try this place since they claim to have the best burgers in town, but unfortunately we never even got the chance to find out.
When we arrived, we needed to sit on the patio because my husband had his esa dog with him. I went inside to let the staff know there were two of us seated outside. We waited over 10 minutes and no one ever came out to take our order, acknowledge us, or even offer water.
After being completely overlooked, we decided to leave. Great food may bring people in, but good service is what keeps them there. Sadly, the service didn’t match the reputation.

We heard that they were well known for great hamburgers, so we gave it a try. We also got the chicken wings, it was all amazing!! The staff was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Hook and Eagle Tavern. The best Shimp i have ever had!!!

Went here for lunch on a Saturday and it was pretty empty. We ordered espresso martinis and they were STRONG, almost too strong. I ordered a chicken spicy sandwich and sweet potato fries. It was pretty good. I didn’t expect the sweet potato fries to have cinnamon sugar on them so that was a surprise treat. My friend ordered the bowl and was underwhelmed. The place was very clean and our server was attentive. However, the food was basic and we probably would not return.

This place is THE best in the area when it comes to burgers. Their burgers are SO GOOD. ❤ If you love an awesome deal, Thursday nights are burger nights. Burgers for $6, and you can add all the toppings you want, for a little extra, of course. But even if you add an extra $2 for toppings, it’s really worth it. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. Their desserts are also made fresh daily. I’ve had their mixed berry cobbler, which was fantastic. Tonight, we had the deep fried snickers (picture added), and it was AMAZING. I give Hook & Eagle Tavern ten stars, really. We’re already considering coming back for brunch on a Sunday. ❤ Staff is very attentive and sweet. Family-friendly atmosphere, and a great view of the golf course.

NOT the best burgers in town. Average at best. Fish tacos were made different than menu stated. Claimed Pico and cream sauce, served with salsa instead and was way too salty. Could barely eat 1 taco. One salad item ordered no onions but was served with onions. Sweet chili wings were ok but were not served hot and served with no ranch or blue cheese.

Server did not seem to care about concerns we had about food and kept blaming other people.

It’s a Great local spot. We have been enjoying the views here for sure!
Food wise, their speciality is burgers so everything else is going to be hit or miss.
Mac n cheese is great, too.
Shrimp and grits were delicious, the grilled chicken in the salad was burnt yet undercooked. Did get a replacement for the protein which was nice.. but still..

We came across this place a couple of months ago and have been Hooked ever since . They have a fun and welcoming environment with different activities like karaoke. We had an issue with one of our orders that needed to be addressed. Wasn’t able to reach them by phone, so I reached out through FB messenger. I received a timely response from the manager, Jenn. The way she handled things was professional, and we were back to the restaurant the following week.
