I have always been a Dominos fan and get pizza here fairly regularly and always been happy with my pizza and service but tonight I had the delight of meeting your employee Tom. I had my dog with me and Tom came to the window and was talking to me and my dog and gave her some treats. I left with a big smile and so did my baby girl.

The Driver said they’re not allowed to leave food at suite or room at local hotels, spending 61$ and giving the driver a Tip and have to go the front desk, because the rule states the driver isn’t allowed to go upstairs to the Rooms, this is my last time ordering from Domino’s, it might cost a bit more but Pizza Hut does Deliver. They need to put this Rule on their company’s website.

We had a pickup scheduled for 5/31 @ 2pm of 10 pizzas, upon arrival at 2:25 Tyler (daytime manager) informed me that my order was not there or showing in their system it was already sent out. So as I am hoping to get this resolved and be ready for a birthday party at 3pm, he assured me that he would get them ready as fast as he could. Needless to say, my order of 10 pizzas was ready and HOT within 25 minutes and Tyler was sincerely apologetic and made things right!

This is the second time having this particular driver. The first ttime he lefty food on the picnic table at my job instead of bring it to the door. This time he was training. Thru called me to come down the stairs to get my order.. I order there often Its on when this guy is driving I have to retrieve my own food!?!

Never had an issue till today, just tried to order some food and they call saying their delivery driver “had some issues at the beginning of the week” (it’s a Thursday, end of the week) so they “can’t” do any delivery till 4:30 this afternoon, shouldn’t that mean the shift manager needs to be calling in some other employees since said delivery driver had something happen at the BEGINNING OF THE WEEK. Glad I chose the pay cash option other wise my last $25 would have been gone and sitting in a refund que for 24-48 hours but sucks I lost my free pizza.

manager accused my wife of lies when she went to pick up pizza we orderd then Lil boy in back came out and admitted he took her order but didnt turn in because he didn’t think she really wanted the food so mabe the manager should be fired ASAP I won’t spend a dime in domino’s in boonville ms 38829 plus pizza sucked not fully cooked and manager is a piece of crap calling my wife a lier when it was her employee who can’t do his job fire all of them
