UPDATE December 2025: Went back and reordered the same salad I had back in October. This time however I received a much smaller salad although tasty but packed in a different container. The site does not list their telephone number so I went to the corporate site and they left a message for the Chick-fil-A restaurant to call me which never did. Long story short I ended going back in and talking to a floor manager as the general manager and owner were not present. After 3-4 minutes of having the manager telling me that I was mistaken and this was the only way that particular salad was sold, he finally asked me if my original ordered salad had a black bottom which it did. He then tells me that you can order on the app what they call a ‘cater salad’ which is nearly twice the size of the regular salad for $18+. He then surmised that on my original visit an employee gave me the wrong salad which in turn led to my very positive review on Google. Now, having tried the regular salad, it was OK but nothing great beyond other major brand salads. Just wanted to update and clarify my first review of this salad….
UPDATE October 2025: Revisited this place late in the afternoon on a Monday and it was very busy. Ordered a Spicy Southwest salad with honey mustard dressing. Salad was just over $10 including tax. I tell you, it’s one of the best salads I’ve had . If you like salads try the Spicy Southwest Salad, you can’t go wrong. It’s great.
I visited this place about 11:45 AM on a Friday. This is my first time at a Chick-fil-a restaurant… I know it’s hard to believe. The restaurant is new and has been open for just under a year. It was not busy. There are 2 drive thrus. There is also outside seating available. Inside was very clean, spacious and I noticed there was an enclosed kids play area. The menu is not overly extensive with most all la carte sandwiches without meals or drinks running from eight to $10. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, you have your choice of cheese and type of sauce. The out the door price was just over $9. The sandwich was tasty and it was moist with a nice sized piece of chicken. Some lettuce and thinly sliced tomatoes were also present. I couldn’t help but notice that the sandwich itself was kind of small. Not sure a big eater would be satisfied without ordering a sandwich meal. So, an OK experience and I know Chick-fil-a aficionados will be fine with their experience here.

It’s a newer classic Chik. Service was prompt and pleasurable.
The hotel breakfast wasn’t gonna cut it so I ventured over here for my first ever Chik-fil-A breakfast. It’s a typical fast food breakfast versus a diner. My sausage egg muffin was a bit dry and needed some sauce to wash it down. Tots—great. 1/2 Sweet tea—beat thing eva’ for breakfast 🙂

This is a new chick fil a, but it had the longest wait I have experienced at chick fil a. It took 40mins just for 2 milk shakes. While waiting a few servers asked what we were waiting for and what was the name on the order but everytime they would come back to say they were working on it. I should have refunded the order if I knew I was going to spend close to an hour just for two shakes that were just alright. If you see this place packed you will probably be better off skipping. It would probably be just as quick to drive to the next town for dinner.

I stopped at Chick Fil A in Fredericksburg and placed a lunch order for several friends. It was the first time I had been there and the experience could not have been better. Excellent service, friendly staff, and the restaurant is extremely clean. Plus, our lunch was delicious. High marks for Chick Fil A!

Always polite and kind. Huge difference from other fast food restaurants in town. Quick to apologize if they forgot something and just genuinely helpful. If you’re at the counter people always check to make sure you’ve been helped as well which is reassuring. Coach Christian is also a great addition to the place

I ordered a spicy deluxe combo. The person on the register was friendly. However, my chicken was not cooked all the way. I took it to the front and informed them of the meal. One of the person attended me and the manager asked for him to get a hold of another person. The person came and I explained to him what was going on. I told them the chicken was not cooked. He then turned to the manager and he told me it was the chickens fat….I have eaten a lot of chicken and there’s no way the chickens fat can be in the middle of the breast…unless the chicken was hen pressing….the manager didn’t even offer to remake the sandwich….May be I was being discriminated. What ever it was…this will be my last stip in this place.

Reference order 99429, walk-in ordered to go:
Firstly, I was able to order timely when I inquired about if a 10% discount was offered to military veteran/public safety; the cashier asked the manager who then looked at me and said no after a pause. He seemed smug and did so with a light scoff under his breath.
Secondly, it took 10 minutes to receive.
Thirdly, whilst driving to work and eating on the go, I noticed 2 top buns, patty was less than 1/4″ thick, 1 lettuce, no pickles, and warm. Not hot.
There are a number of flies in the business as the door is kept open for drive thru.

Decided to try the new location. We visit often from Dallas and have seen the new building go up. We stopped for breakfast and definitely noticed the difference compared to other locations. The gentleman in the from did good but was obvious that needed help. There were a few other co workers working behind the register and nobody came to help him with drinks or getting other peoples orders. I understand that maybe the registers weren’t open but they could easily came over to get drinks ready while he took another order. The line was half way to the door and we had waited in line already to order.
Props to him, wish I would of got his name.
Management needs to either train the teenagers better or be more present. It’s a new location and with other breakfast options in town someone would easily skip out and go somewhere else.
Not a good experience for a new location.

Anybody that knows what I’m talking about no dear experience you know how like when you bite into a piece of chicken and it’s not completely cooked. It’s got that flashy texture. Yeah this is what you get there especially in the morning. I’ll order the number one. I threw it away after one biteand of course the store doesn’t have a phone number so you can say hey what the hell so oh well, that’s the last seven dollars you get out of me. So I went in the next business day when the grown-ups were there babysitting their adolescent teenagers. I ran across one of the grown-ups who was a manager. I said here check this. I don’t want you to read my review. He actually got mad at me for writing that review. He said it was not fair that I put it up in his face like that I just handed him the phone then he came back to my table while I was eating and wanted to argue with me about it. He even stated you could have simply brought the hamburger back and we would’ve exchanged it. I said well it wasn’t on hamburger and like I said I wasn’t in that area. He told me the next time you think about it bring it back and I’ll refund your money. I’d like to know who in the right mind keeps a sandwich that is raw meat in their possession for more than a few secondssorry Chick-fil-A. I don’t have any desire to put raw food in my car and leave it in there to get back seven dollars I think you should have convinced your teenage workforce to cook the food to begin with.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Horrible customer service. I came and spent close to $50 on food through the drive thru just to go back home which is an hour away to only 1 burger and two sides. Please explain to me how 1 burger and two sides equals to $50? That’s because they forgot almost my entire order!! My kids didn’t get to eat when I got home. I figured if I called they would solve it right away just like ALL the other LEGITIMATE Chick-fil-As BUT they had NO NUMBER TO CALL. Came back a few days later because I just can’t pick up and drive back an hour to get food that was already supposed to be in my bag just to come back home another hour….. make it make sense! Manager was unprofessional and told me I was “out of luck” and turned me away after I showed him proof that I spent close to $50 at their location. DO BETTER. We have families to feed and the economy is as bad as it is… the least you could do is put my $50 order of food in my bag the first time instead of just sides and a burger.
