Not sure why this place has gotten some bad reviews. They do have a big, kind of vague menu but the food was good and the service was great. Atmosphere is generic, but it’s fast-ish food. My only grip is that it is very expensive for a sandwich compared to the other sandwich shops in the area.

I tried this shop with some apprehension as my brother said he did and was not impressed. Not sure what his deal was but I ordered the medium classic cheesesteak and fries. The sandwich was fantastic. Lots of well seasoned meat and melty cheesey goodness. The star of the show were the fries, my God those fries are good, crunchy on the outside and pillows on the inside and perfectly seasoned. Only issue was that I got my order to go and I did not receive my Chipotle ranch sauce or my peanut butter cookie I paid for. The bag was stapled shut so I didn’t think to check. There was nobody there as it was almost 3pm so being busy was not the excuse. So maybe better next time.

The service provided by Mónica and Grecia was exceptional; they were consistently attentive and courteous. The French dip stood out for its excellent juiciness, and the hot peppers added the perfect finishing touch to the dish. I would gladly return every week, not only for the quality of the food, but also for the warm, family-friendly atmosphere that defines this place. Highly recommended.

Honestly I wish I could give a better rating. We love sandwich shops. I feel like it’s pretty tough to mess up a turkey sandwich. Mine was completely falling apart.. my husbands as well. I went in and there was one person waiting to get their sandwich. I ended up waiting 15+ min for my 2 sandwiches one hot and one cold to be made so poorly I can’t believe it.. My husband said the meat wasn’t even really that warm… overall terrible experience. The sandwiches were not very good. 2 medium size sandwiches was ~$32 and I tipped the kids… Not sure why as all were moving quite slow except for the nice cashier lady… 0/10 recommend. I tried to call and no one answered.

Excellent, friendly customer service, and the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. If you are looking for something different than the regular cold cut, this is it. Cheesesteak BLT and wagyu sandwich were great. I will be back!

I went for my Sunday brunch, this time I ordered a capastrami the coleslaw perfectly seasoned with a touch of exquisite pepper, for my daughter a tomato soup that was totally fresh and the toasted cheese bread is at the exact point… The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant impeccable, without leaving aside the attention of the two girls who were working today both made me feel at home… It’s a place I’ll go back to!

This sandwich shop is amazing. We had the hot Bobbie, Homemade Turkey sandwich and Cap Fries. The hot Bobbie is like Thanksgiving in a bun. I loved it. Everyone who works here is so nice. I even got to meet the owner. He made sure we were taken care of and that the food met our expectations. The atmosphere was inviting and everything was very clean and tidy. Can’t wait to come back and try the meatball sandwich and one of the many salad options.

The takeout order was ready in a timely manner which I appreciated but the food itself was not good. The ingredients in the sandwich were not fresh and the chicken had a weird texture and taste. It is definitely not worth the price

We eat at Capriotti’s in Las Vegas. We love the cheese steak sandwich. So happy this store opened in McKinney. The store is much newer and cleaner than Las Vegas and the foods is the same good Quality food as there. Great !

Stopped in this evening based off Instagram post. The manager was only one on duty but it was slow. He executed my order flawlessly, my son is normally a firehouse guy but said this was way better. My wife and I shared the large French dip with tomato bisque soup. Simply amazing, easily top 3 sandwich I’ve had anywhere at 49yrs old. This is a must stop!!!
