Meh. Gave Waba a try for the first time and it was meh. I had a shrimp salad and a plant based beef bowl. The shrimp salad was ok but you could tell the salad quality was meh. The plant based beef bowl was way more interesting. There are no vegetarian dumpling options 🙁 Staff was friendly

This place is awful. Terrible customer service, terrible serving sizes, you ask for chicken and meat bowl and all they give you is a bowl of rice. They need to know/learn that three pieces of chicken and a piece of meat isn’t enough. FIX THE SERVING SIZE ALREADY! Been going for a while hoping they’ll have fixed by now but noo. And don’t even order extra meat or chicken at all they’ll give you a teaspoon. And if you think I’m joking look at what those employees gave me.

Between all the taco shops in the area this place is a fresh breath of air. Best of all they have 2 vegetarian protein options (tofu and plant steak). I got a bowl with plant steak and veggies over brown rice. The flavours were spot on. The wait time was minimal.

I work near by all these foodie spots but this particular place has the best dumplings. Aside that the staff is always happy. My order is done so fast. I literally have no complaints. One of my favorite places to come eat in my lunch break. I love giving great feedback when I’m happy with a local. All the young staff is particularly delightful and professional

I’ve always loved Waba but there aren’t any in north county. This location is excellent.
I ordered a Waba bowl (chicken and steak) but it came with steak only. I guess the employee gave me the wrong bowl, but made it right with a generous portion of steak.
Super good food and friendly employees.
Look at what you get for $12.50 here compared to the pathetic portions at Chipotle.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is quite tasty, the rib eye is amazing. The young man in the grill did an amazing job with my food. Will most definitely recommend and return when I am in the area. It’s so refreshing to see young people working and doing such an admirable job!! Great job guys!!!

Didn’t get food. The self serve makes it difficult to order anything!!! The 1st machine wouldn’t do anything no matter how many times I tapped the screen, so i used the 2nd one. It took a bit but got it going, but it would not let me check out, some thing else was missing or something. I checked everything i wanted and still nothing. So i left without getting food. Pissed me off!! As you can tell.2nd time using it. 1st time a person ended up taking my order but not this time. That is the worst order/self serve machine!!!! Today’s date is 12/2/25 at 11:54am Tuesday.
