First time doing an online order would not recommend. We ordered two footlongs one buffalo chicken and ultimate sandwich with parmesan vinaigrette. The buffalo chicken was on flatbread and it was not cut in half so I had to tear it. As you can see from the pictures they drenched my sandwich is buffalo, no ranch, a whole pile of just jalapenos and all of that was falling out as I tried to eat it. The other sandwich dripped everywhere it was also drenched. It was inedible and overpowering everything on the sandwich. Definitely not coming back here

Well when we got there the girl had a cold no mask could not hear her kept her head down. The guy even told us he had a cold no gloves no mask. Lot’s of older people sitting in there. Hope they don’t catch it they might not be able to handle it

If there’s anything consistent about this place, it’s that they consistently mess up your order. Especially if you order online.
They often make your food ahead of time, even if its scheduled for a specific pickup time, so your toasted sub will now be room temp or cold. This last time we ordered 2 footlong subs so we could save half for our lunches the next day, what we received was one footlong, the other was a 6″ (coincidentally it was also a Number 6 so I’m guessing it was read incorrectly). I tried to submit a customer service claim online immediately and received no help and my claim was closed. So I paid for a product I didn’t receive half of. Dealing with these errors is always a hassle. They just don’t read their orders.

Order two foot long philly steak sandwiches they come with not even quarter of meat from what you supposed to get not anywhere close as show on the picture. I get portion of meat for half foot sandwich spreed very thin on both of foot lonng sandwiches.

Saturday morning. Only one person working. Has online orders, and needs to get the area prepped. You can tell they are stressed and overwhelmed. Heavy sighs and aggravated rushed topping process. Get this person a crew to help. They shouldn’t be the only person working in the morning.

Never have I been met with such shortness and lack of support in my ordering than at this subway. I order my sandwich the same at every subway with no issues but here I was told I could not make changes to a sandwich because of inventory. But then offered a suggestion for another sandwich that would have had to do the same in order to get what I wanted. If this is what Subway is going to I guess I won’t be back but this was a first for me. I will enjoy food somewhere else.

The food was not the problem it was the service. You could clearly tell just by the look on the girls face that she did not want to be there. No greeting coming in the door, or even a I’ll be right with you, either one would been better then nothing. The only words she said to me were, what can I get for you, cheese, $13.47, oh no I didn’t yet, (I asked her of she got the drink too, as the cup is on the counter right next to the 2 bags of chips I also purchased) ,then she said that total and have a nice day. The end part startled me slightly. LOL. Now I don’t know if the girl was going through something or she been working for so many days straight or just plain tired but a little more communication with me as a customer would have made that I don’t wanna be here look she had on her face not even matter. I would have left an entirely different review.
