After being regular customers of the White House Papa John’s for years, we stopped eating there for 1+years. This was due to frequently cold and/or missing toppings experiences. Roughly a year ago we started eating there more frequently again and was overall happy. However, 4/5 last times of ordering the works with it plainly stating all toppings they have excluded toppings every time. This evening being mushrooms. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something and not receive it as ordered, this is literal point of a pizza place… to prepare pizzas as ordered. If they have ran out of a topping/product they should be more efficient at updating their systems to reflect what is out of stock. In addition to missing mushrooms this evening, the other items were received at lukewarm warm temps compared to the works pizza. If you decide to choose their restaurant be sure to open and inspect every box.

This is how they advertise the Works Pizza. “Loaded with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, Italian sausage, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, black olives, and cheese.” Loaded is not how i would describe it. My dog love the sausage but I did not have hardly any on the pizza to give. I ordered extra mushrooms and olives. NOPE! Zero Canadian bacon! It really is this location. I have ordered this same thing at other locations through out different states. Never an issue. Do better!!

We ordered delivery and it took over an hour to arrive and when it finally arrived one pizza box was collapsed and when I opened it the toppings for half of the pizza were stuck to the lid of the box. We tried to call the store to explain and get a replacement but it kept going to a call center who tried to transfer us with no luck. So I drove to the store with the ruined pizza and asked for it to be fixed and the guy working was like well it will be over an hour because I have other orders. So I said well the other part of our order is cold now since I had to drive up here after paying for delivery so I would like a refund for this pizza and he said he can’t do a refund to our card (which seems ridiculous) but will credit our account (never happened). I’m sympathetic to places not having enough employees but the way in which he was just uncaring and really unapologetic about what happened was what really made me disgusted about the whole thing. Horrible customer service and we won’t be ordering from here again. I’m really hoping this guy wasn’t management.

I have ordered from them multiple times and my order is never right. They use DoorDash often and last time they delivered someone else’s order. I called that night and the manager assured me they would refund my money to my account…which never happened and then when I followed up, they said they meant they were only giving me a credit for free garlic breadsticks. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Y’all have terrible reviews. Why not change that and do something different?

Believe it or not this is “extra” pepperoni and cheese. Why the heck would you put the cheese over all the toppings? To hide the one pepperoni per piece you put on? You just turned me off.

Gross the worst pizza I’ve ever had couldn’t even get through one bite $30 wasted you can see they don’t clean there equipment based on how under cooked it is but burnt at the same time the health department needs to be called the pizza was floppy it was just absolutely disgusting

I’ve been ordering from this Papa John’s for an out 2 months now. Pizzas are always prefect. Drivers have always been super friendly. I have to recommend this store for is good food and good staff. My delivery tonight was perfect again

Absolutely the worst food I’ve ever had to pay for!!! Never again. This is the 1st time I’ve ordered a “bowl” with no pasta!!!!Just meat and cheese. Burnt to a crisp. Imagine working nights and looking forward to supper and being disappointed to have to eat chips all night!!I feel so ripped off. The pizza was dry and cold. I’ve never had a bad experience with papa John’s until now. I guess that’s the price of eating on Whitehouse!!!Night shift nursing staff going hungry today
