After being a loyal PJ’s customer, specifically to this location, for years, today was my last visit. The quality of service and the coffee recipes themselves are just so inconsistent, it has become a disappointing waste of time and money. After receiving nasty drinks completely missing staple ingredients (the flavored cream I paid for, etc) countless times through the drivethrough, I have actually parked, gotten my daughter out, and brought my coffee back in to be remade the past two visits. The first of these times they didn’t even remake the drink, they just added in random ingredients and gave it back to me, and this time they made a new drink which was disgusting and not at all what I ordered. The first photo is the nasty remade drink I was given today, and the second and third photos are what it looks like when made correctly. Honestly so disappointed because as a SAHM, this is the one thing I treat myself to and I can’t even expect my order to be correct. Do better, PJ’s.

I waited in line forever. I ordered a caramel granite, with an extra shot of espresso, and extra caramel. Tell me why they gave me my drink and it had chocolate poured all over it. So I give it back, and say this isn’t what I ordered. And I asked for my caramel drizzle that goes on a caramel granita. Like, no where did I order freaking chocolate. She comes back to the window, and all they did was pour caramel over the chocolate syrup. Now its just an undrinkable, disgusting mess, and I can’t get anybody to answer the phone. I had to go to work. I spent 45 minutes total just in the drive thru. This is insane.

On last week I was having a procedure done. So I stop to get my morning coffee and a bagel. I discovered hair in the bagel. That was absolutely nasty. The manager on duty was super nasty. Once before I found plastic in my coffee cake. What she didn’t know is the owners Son work with my Husband at Rusty Pelican. She normally would greet me. It wasn’t my fault. I have black hair not blind. They often don’t give utensils and I have to circle back and get it. If you know you got customers. Do the right thing. U don’t forget this all the time.

Great customer service and our cold brews were delicious! The coconut milk substitute and gluten free options were absolutely refreshing to see. I also love the frozen lemonade option for my three year old son.
