I place my order at 10:10 pm get out of there at 10:49 today 11/01/25 attended by cashier Alyzza (last time I order here my wings weren’t tossed correctly sauce missing) I did mentioned to Alyzza and to please if she can help me with my order. I receive my order lots of them missing sauce again. Check my order and let them know the problem if they can fix it (this to a second girl). This time a guy name Nabid who speak Spanish try to tell me that wing cannot be like tossed evenly he than said very defensive that he can roll a video for me that he himself did the job and that is impossible I told him I just want my wings tossed correctly I paid 53 dlls for the food and all I am asking to be right and that all I need it. I said I go to different places to have wings and they usually sauced evenly than he offered me to go inside and do it myself to show him how to do that. I said that very offensive what you just said and I am very polite to you. He than said I am sorry. I said no I am sorry because I was the one coming to this place giving you my business. I usually go to National city on Highland they usually right and the team is on it. Sorry I usually don’t do this but it need it to be said so someone can fix this.

I called in to this store to ask questions and Jasmin answered in a delightful manner. Later, I came in with a long and complicated order. Again, Jasmin helped me and was patient and cheerful about the entire experience. I don’t do wings often, but my experience will be bringing me back! The whole team was great tonight!

Everytime I come in here it’s literally a circus a bunch of kids behind the counter messing around and playing on their phones. Alyzza took my order and gave the people that ordered after me their order and when I asked how much longer it would be she said they’re making it right now. First in line. Been waiting 30+ mins now for our order. People came in 10 minutes after us and have been served first. Still waiting for our a single order. They have 5 employees can’t imagine they are short staffed, especially since we are the only customers left in the store.

We tried it all: regular wings, boneless wings, honey BBQ was good, teriyaki was good, lemon pepper was ok, their coleslaw was not good but their fries were good. The price is mid range, not cheap but fair priced. We liked their wings & bread a lot. I’m not in love, but i’ll go back for more… we actually went back at 11:29 and walked in to see 2 staff tell us they were already closed. There was a big neon sign outside that said open till midnight and as soon as we walked out they turned off the sign. False advertising is not cool when you’re hungry late night. We went to the taco shop down the street and spent $35 because they were open.

Do not order uber eats through this location. They not only forgot my fries but the didn’t even seal the bag or the drink correctly like they always should. Extremely disappointed especially since it always takes so long to receive your food.

This review is mostly about the service. Aaron, the GM, went way over the top to fix a problem he had no control over!
T-Mobile offered a deal to get a 3-piece strip combo for 1 penny. The mobile app didn’t work, the web link didn’t work. Aaron suggested I complete the order and if I was charged, he would refund the total! He did that (saw the credit today, thanks again Aaron) and made sure my order was “just a bit more” .
Now the food: I added cheese fries instead of plain fries. The fries were soggy and limp, the cheese sauce was plainer than Velveeta. The strips were tender and juicy but the sauces were pedantic. It’s as of they thought about the flavor they were after and just guessed at the ingredients without taste testing. I don’t think I’ll go back but seriously, Aaron is the man!
