Excellent ramen here, huge variety available, and lots of different starters and mains. Food came fairly quickly, and staff were really attentive. Hugely recommend the spring rolls and miso ramen!

Beautiful place with amazing food!
The staff was very polite and the kitchen did an amazing job.
We had 2 miso sopas, spring rolls, ramen and 1 seafood bowl. Beverages 1 Corona and a coke zero. Paid 55dollares including tips.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for good quality asian dishes!

My wife and I have been to numerous Oh-toro restaurants across the country and I usually come to this one if I’m coming across the bridge from the airport to go home. I just happened to be in the area and decided to stop in and have some sushi. The manager ended up taking care of my table and she was so sweet and kind. She definitely knows hospitality and how to treat customers. I would definitely go back to see her

Great ramen place! This restaurant is on the second floor – not to be confused with the ramen shop on the first floor. Look for the elevator.

My wife had huge poke bowl and yakitori. I loved the miso ramen. Having been to Tokyo a couple of months ago, I can say this ramen is on par with what I had over there. Enjoyed my Osaka beer, my wife loved the yuzu margarita. Prices were good for the quality.

Cute decorations and service. Recommended!

9:11 pm Wednesday January 7 2026. Look at your cameras for confirmation and details. We have been there for almost 2 hours, other guests got served before is, to a point where we decided to take our food to go as we were no longer hungry. I don’t know if we are even going to eat it at this point. Plus the boom boom music coming from god knows where …. Not cool

Changed my mind, very disappointed.
I have no idea what happened last year, I don’t want to come back anymore. Sad service. No ginger .. half of beers from menu only…
Update.
2024, November 16.
All the same, service average, food good (but looks like restaurant cut cost), still no ginger (FYI, we bought ginger yesterday in the store).
Have no idea why we still come back

Lots of menu item options, prices are reasonable. The Oh Tempura Mixed is a pretty large portion, taste was okay, bread crumbs were on the hard side, came with mayo on them, there are onion ring (2), eggplant (1), sweet potato (2), fish stick (2), crab stick (2). Most of these are not the typical tempura mix items, and no tempura dipping sauce provided.

As for the ramen, ugh, we were not a fan of their broth and some toppings. Pork broth had a unpleasant flavor/smell to us, maybe it was just the way of their pork broth are, I’m sure there are people wo love it as they have a lot of good reviews, but unfortunately it wasn’t for us. And one type of the mushroom came with the ramen we also didn’t like it, it’s not something we normally seen on authentic Japanese ramen. The other disappointing thing was there were at least two chunks of noodles clumping together, with one clump was fairly big. If the restaurant cares about quality, this shouldn’t happen and this would be something very easy for the cook to catch.

All in all, they were okay to us. Friendly staff, but food just wasn’t our cup of tea. If we return, we will not order their pork ramen bowls and will try other dishes.

I had the Tradicional Tonkotsu Ramen and it was one of the best I’ve had outside of Japan! Super delicious!

I’ll try to go back for more before leaving Panama City.

Just OK. I’ve eaten here a few times. Ramen was OK but nothing special. Poke Bowl was tiny and looked better than it tasted… had old tuna – they probably use the fresher meat for Sushi. Every time I’ve been here something isn’t available from the menu.

Nice place, very welcoming and fairly high quality standards. A little pricey but I it justifiable considering the location. Good service and good food makes this restaurant a safe option for quality ramen and sushi dishes.
