Why are you so stingy with the sauces?10 catsup for 3 orders of fries and burgers. Its not for you to tell me how much sauce to put on my food, then not give me all my bbq sauces I ordered for my nuggets. Then when you do finally give me some catsup you shove it into my forearms with a dirty look as im holding the bag out for you. Its more about the terrible attitude this blond guy gave me than the sauces. I just wanted to enjoy my food. I was nice when I asked. I didn’t need a bunch of sass. I don’t know if they had a bad day or a bad customer before me. This store isn’t close to my home so I ate in the parking lot because it was a half an hour drive to my house. I want to say I’m never coming back because of the guys attitude, but that would make him happy, so when I come back I expect to be treated like a customer. I went there last Saturday evening at about 10:30. It seemed like there was a bunch of children working. The pick up window was wide open and they were talking about stoning women . While I sat in the parking lot eating my food I could see the drive-thru and they were obviously still giving people problems because I could here another customer yelling at them and speeding off out of the drive-thru. I’m not saying that person was right, but from the way I was treated, I’m not saying that person was wrong either. People don’t like it when you mess with their food and their dining experience.

I had made a mobile order online, I am allergic to onions so I put ONLINE no onions. As I pulled up to the drive-through, I also clarified with them that I would like no onions on that because I am allergic. I had also clarified that I did not want onions on my burger and I wanted everything made separate at the window too. I clarified with them that they did not add onions. I got home and realized that they did add them, no problem. so I drove back and asked them to remake the food because my order was made wrong. I’m not really as upset about that but as I was eating my burger, there were HAIRS (long human hair) in my burger, immediately gagged and spit it out. Im not sure if it was an accident or if they were just trying to get back at me for having them remake it. I’m very disappointed because they were very nice to me about making my order again but I will not be going back. I do know one of the managers personally so this is so upsetting.

I work in delivery, and I’ll be rating this as a delivery driver. Definitely 5 stars. The team always gets everything done on time, and if there’s ever a delay, I’m informed about how long to wait. The wait is never more than 5 minutes. Excellent work.

Always slow service periodically at night they close down super early even though this is an updated location. It’s pretty slow. Parking lot is not really set up for lots of people.

June 2024- For years I have asked for extra pickles on my burgers at various McDonald’s locations. About three days ago my extra pickle slice request was finally granted. There were so many on the burgers, and someone even threw a loose handful in the bag. Thanks for not being like every other garbage location and literally offering only two pickle slices upon my request for extra pickles. That is all! Good job.
Nov 2024- stopped by at about 9:30 PM. The cashier in the drive thru made recommendations on the menu and treated me with genuine care, making helpful suggestions. The burgers and chicken sandwich were cooked to perfection, like no other McDonalds ever. Thank you for being a good business that does things right.

personally, I’ve never had issues at this location. Definitely one of the most consistent McDonald’s I’ve been to or lived around. Been in Gig Harbor for five years now and this place is my go-to McDees cheat day. I never go inside however, always in the drive-through. Moves just fine for me every time.
