I placed my pick-up order in advance and knowing it would be a busy day, arrived about 5 minutes after the promised completion time. I checked parked and checked in online as directed in my order confirmation. After nearly 15 minutes, with no staff coming out to any of the cars in the pick up area, I went in. I was told they were just packaging up my order, but then I had to wait another 10 minutes. So now we are at 30 minutes past the pick-up time. When I arrived home with my food – 8 minutes away, everything was cold.
