We like firehouse subs. I went in, ordered. When the guy that made the sub called me up, the guy that took the order was standing there and said, what I think was, you were suppose to cut that into 1/3. The guy making it cut in half.
Asked for onions and no pickle. Got the pickle and no onions.

I hate making this review…we love coming here even with the high prices..but after today I can’t go back. Spent $25 on 2 medium subs the Cajun chicken made fine. The cheese steak we were excited for they didn’t have it in stock last time we went…this sub was $10 ….half of the ingredients are missing it’s terrible. Don’t want to drive back right now to return it so my husband is now COOKING onions and other things to add so we can make the best of it. I won’t be coming to spend that money again.

This place is just unfortunately not good. I’ve been here a few times and every time the food and service has been meh. This time, when I tried to order, nobody was there. I waited for a few minutes and, because nobody was showing up, an employee I assume was on break had to go to the kitchen to tell somebody I was there. When I ordered, the employee didn’t seen to understand what I was saying and as a result the only woman there had to step in for him, take over the order, and she made the sandwich for them. Additionally, when I got home, one of my orders was wrong and the food itself was just gross. The meat was hard and slippery and nothing seemed fresh. I’m giving this place 2 stars only because I feel bad for the employee who has to do everyone’s work.

If I could give no stars I would. I don’t know why I bother coming back to this place. How do not have or even KNOW what Oil & Vinegar is. So instead you put your own spread dressing on the sandwich without telling me and I have to tell you that this is not what I wanted. They were all clueless how or what I’m even talking about. I had to explain step by step how to make a Turkey, Provolone Lettuce sandwich. Since they dont have Oil & Vinegar. Website says you do and all the other locations always have it. This is by far the worst sandwich location I’ve ever been to and I’ll avoid it at all cost. I’ll be spreading the word.

We tried the French dip sub. It was meh. It doesn’t compare to the signature subs that are always available on the menu and I don’t recommend trying it. However, I do like this location – the restaurant is very clean and the servers greeted us when we entered and wished us well when we left. That alone is enough to bring me back – but I’ll stick with the Hook & Ladder! It’s always sooo good!

I ordered the hero sandwich and the ham, cheese and sauce were missing. There was hardly any mayo on it either. Terrible. Will never order from you again. I’ve been trying to call the store for over an hour and it keeps saying user busy. Terrible management. My husband said his meatball sandwich was just ok. We’ve had way better sandwiches from you. This was an online order.

I received my delivery and it was missing my bottle of soda. Then I opened the box to start eating my sub and found a long black hair in my turkey sub. I called the Haines City Firehouse Sub location and the man who answered the phone said that the owner Elysee said to tell me to call the delivery person because it’s there fault that I didn’t get the soda and the hair got in there because the driver must have opened up the bag to look inside. That just doesn’t make any sense!
I’ll never order from them again! They didn’t even try to reconcile the situation!

This is the worst Firehouse Subs in existence! After buying a large $15 Italian sub and simply asking for a cup of water the employees accused me of stealing! Just because I asked for the small water cup. I immediately demanded a full refund and they were mad about this too! DO NOT GO TO THIS FIREHOUSE SUBS!

Meatball sub and the Engineer were both amazing! Portions were great! Service was friendly and fairly quick, but this location is missing some of coziness of other FH Sub locations. Hopefully as they become a part of the community that will improve!
