This was honestly the worst paratha I have ever had in my life. There was absolutely no filling inside, it was just plain dough all atta. The texture was rubbery and so hard that I couldn’t even eat it. It was overloaded with oil. Tea tasted burnt.

Got a chance to try the Butter Chicken, Lamb Curry, Garlic Naan, and Samosa. This is the best Butter Chicken I’ve had. The food was flavorful and the medium spicy was perfect, I would actually like to try the hot spice level now too.
The owner and his associate actually saw my bf and I parked at the gas station (before we came to order) working on a flat tire and came over to help us. We had talked about their food truck when passing and it was a coincidence that is who came to help us out. Nice people and great food, I’ll be back and recommending it.

Been otr with my husband and fam. We stopped at the pilot for his 34 reset and I looked up places near that sells food(tired of the truck stop foods ) and this place popped up. It’s literally right across from the pilot at the Valero. I ordered the chicken tikka masala medium spicy, garlic nann and a mango lassi. 10’s all across the board. The masala was out of this world. So much spice and flavor and the rice was cooked to perfection.
