This is how I received my sandwich. Be aware. I should not have to adjust my whole sandwich. Edit: this store charges an extra 2% TAX. Indiana sales tax is 7% not 9%.

Worst customer service ever! Literally never do reviews but this location has consistently gotten my order wrong and when I did finally call to complain I was told that I had to wait for manager then when I spoke to manager the next day I was told if I didn’t have the sandwich then they could not make me a new or refund. Seriously it’s mind blowing how down hill this location has become. You’d think ordering a chicken bacon ranch you’d at least have a little bacon but no none, pay for double meat you’d hope that they give the double meat you pay for! From this point forward I will drive out of my way to get what I ordered!

Going into a subway you expect a pretty straight forward experience. Using the app you select what you want i.e extra ranch, pepper jack cheese no mayo, etc. After picking up your order you drive home and open the sandwiches expecting to enjoy a sub you’ve eaten many times before. Come to find out the people who run this store must not no how to follow written instructions or completely do not care what gets put into the sub. For example my sandwich was chicken bacon ranch, just ranch and double meat. The first two times I ordered. Unless double meat actually means nothing extra I didn’t get double meat. The third time I ordered I decided I would skip double meat as to not be disappointed again. This time no ranch…me being reasonable tried just put my own ranch on it and ate it. As we dug more into our order we realized that each sub/flatbread was done incorrectly. Basic statistics would suggest they would get one of four correct, but no. I called the store to let them know that they once again left me disappointed and didn’t follow the order instructions. The lady that answered the phone offered excuses and no apologies refused to give her name to contact corporate and hung up on me. If I were you I would suggest to drive a few extra miles and go to another franchise location. The one on tournament trail has never messed up an order.

The management here is very clearly scamming their customers out of money. After a recent negative experience where I was overcharged for my sub, I came here to find that this is happening to others too. The exact same sub I get down the road cost $3 more here. Upon sending my complaint to management, they offered no resolution. I also find it suspicious that they are putting their meats behind a shield so that you can’t see how much they place on the sub. With the amount of reviews mentioning a lack of toppings, this seems intentional. PLEASE take your business down the road to the Tournament Trail location so that this scam can’t continue.

The WORST SUBWAY I have Ever experienced!! They have no clue on how to make subs! You ask for extra and you don’t get any. Ask for certain items on sub and Don’t get what you ask for. Order four subs on line and Not one was correct.

Unfortunately we put our trust into them that they would know how to make subs . It wasn’t till we got home and unwrapped the sub’s to find out once again they can’t get an order right. Called to let them know and got NOTHING but EXCUSES and then hung up on .
We WILL NOT BE BACK! Don’t waste your money here, go to a real Subway, Even if you have to drive a couple miles out of your way, you’ll be better off ! You’re welcome.

I will NEVER go to this location again.
First of all, it’s Indiana- why is this my ONLY receipt that has a 9% sales tax??? Please someone explain.
Second off, I did NOT leave a tip. Why on earth did they TIP THEMSELVES $4!?!?!?!
Not to mention they also charged me for a Turkey salad when I ordered an all VEGGIE salad.
They were also VERY stingy making our sandwich and salad. I will be calling the store manager number and NEVER going back to this location. This makes me sick.

This Subway is definitely more expensive than others in the county/area but the more frustrating part is how little of every ingredient they give you. It has to be 50-60% of the ingredients that other Subways put on a sandwich. It’s definitely intentional and deceptive. Be wary.

Asked for a footlong with ham. Guy barely put any meat on the sandwich. I asked if I could get more because that wasn’t enough and he said he’ll charge me extra because he already put nine pieces on the sandwich. I said that’s not nine and he said do you want to count so I said yeah. We counted together and there was only seven pieces. He said oh you’re right I’ll give you two more. I told him to keep the sandwich with his bad attitude. Never coming here again
