The Sigel Hotel Bar and Grill is conveniently located along State Route 36 near the southern entrances of Cook Forest and Clearcreek State Parks. In 2021, the historic property was purchased and remodeled. The Bar and Grill looks bright and inviting for friends and family. The daily menu has something for everyone including their signature Feerst Fries and “The Sigel” Hamburger cooked to your taste. There are eight (8) hotel rooms upstairs. All the rooms have been updated. Two common bathrooms with showers. These clean, spacious rooms are perfect for any length of stay. Well behave pups are welcomed too (pet deposit required). Stop in the -Sigel Hotel Bar and Grill the next time you visit Cook Forest and Clear Creek State Parks.

This is a great hole in the wall place to stop in for a drink and a meal. The location is right near Cook Forrest in a small town called Sigal, Pennsylvania. The staff are attentive, friendly, and very personable. The food is your typical bar food with a little extra twist with some special seasonings,dressings and sauces that they make in house. The bartenders are very friendly, attentive, and make a nice drink. They have bands and music on the weekends and sometimes open jukebox. This is a relaxed place and everyone is welcome! Definitely recommend.

We had our daughters wedding at the Sigel Hotel October 1st. It was a wonderful experience!!! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed at the venue for the entire weekend!! The accommodations made it possible for all family traveling from out of state to stay together!! We had planned on having the reception outside, however due to rain from Hurricane Ian, we had to move the party inside, the staff at the hotel and the owner made it possible by suggesting moving it indoors!! The wedding turned out beautifully, the venue at the Sigel Hotel was gorgeous and fun was had by everyone!! Thank you for helping to make this weekend so wonderful!!!

BEWARE!!!! Of their ATM machine, my wife and I were in there on 9/12/2025 mid afternoon, she used her card to withdraw cash, later that weekend fraud alert from the bank, we spoke with the bank and retraced our steps this was the only place she used her card

The back patio bar area being the most popular spot, the outdated intecould use some renovation; it’s a shame that the inside seating feels neglected compared to the outdoor area.
Positive food is not bad 2nd time visiting, obviously; we enjoyed it the first time or wouldn’t have returned. It’s a good option spot if you’re an out-of-towner or just a local.
