Not sure who answered the phone this morning, but the interaction was incredibly rude and condescending. Starbucks, if you happen to see this, I called the store at 6 a.m. on December 5th, and the man who picked up — slightly feminine voice — was not pleasant to speak with at all.
I had placed an order through Postmates/Uber Eats, and they were having trouble finding a driver. I didn’t have time to come into the store since I had to leave early for work, but I was considering picking up my order on the way out. When I explained this, his tone immediately shifted to annoyed. His response was, “What? Where did you order from!?” After I told him it was Uber Eats/Postmates, he said, “Yeah no, you have to go through them, we don’t deal with that.” I explained that I had already contacted them and was told to reach out to the store. He then replied, “you cannot come and they have to give it to the driver,” in a completely dismissive tone.
The overall vibe was, “I don’t care,” and the way he spoke was unkind, condescending, and unprofessional. All I was looking for was help or a solution, but instead I was met with unnecessary attitude and zero willingness to assist.

I came here one sunny day with a friend, we wanted to try something new. I always go to Starbucks, but this is the first time I’ve been here. What surprised me was that outside the small Starbucks there was a very large territory, with an incredibly unusual design inside, but it’s very very dark – there is not enough light if you’re sitting far away from window and good quiet music to fully immerse yourself in this sunny day. But in general, our order was ready quickly enough, we did not have to wait long. The workers here are nice and fun.

This is a nice place and most of the time when I come in the employees are very nice and it’s very clean! But your employee Gertrude was being very rude and audibly yelling at customers over the headset when her mic was off. I heard her say some very unkind things and she was clearly frustrated with this customer. Just thought you should know!

Sharon, the store manager, along with her associates greeted me this morning with warm smiles and conversation. I had questioned my drinks ingredients (thought it was missing something), and they remade it quickly and it was perfect.
I also had mentioned that I know of a manager from a store in another state and a wonderful conversation was had. They were all supporting her from 1000 miles away, wishing her luck and success in her store, and had wonderful compliments. It’s nice to see a corporation that supports across the globe. Proud to say my local Starbucks is so professional, encouraging and friendly!

This morning I was running late and didn’t have time to make breakfast at home, so I stopped by the drive-through to grab some egg bites. The young lady at the window her name is Nicki was so kind and thoughtful, she asked about my day, listened when I mentioned my daughter, and was just genuinely sweet. I was amazed at how much her kindness brightened my Tuesday morning. Thank you to Starbucks and your wonderful staff for making the start of my day so much better!

This Starbucks is like any other Starbucks, but sometimes Starbucks can be a nice place to go to get a drink or hang out with friends. I would recommend this place to other people as it is a good place to go.

They were clearly very busy. That did not stop the baristas from making my drinks excellent! It definitely didn’t stop the cashier from welcoming me warmly and having a cute conversation ☺️ & it definitely isn’t stopping me from leaving 5 stars!
