“This” Wingstop is the worst and it’s unfortunate. I was stoked that a growing and well branded organization was coming to ER.. this place needs to get a manager that has ran a successful store to get in here because it will absolutely crush it with good management. Wait time was a huge issue but I can overlook that but I will mention- first time we went we waited an hour for our food.. it was 1month after grand opening so I was understanding (sort of). 2nd time going we ordered ahead to skip waiting In store. When getting there. The 4 drinks we paid for were not able to be supplied as their soda machine was broken. He couldn’t refund it because there was no manager on duty so I asked if we could just have a bottled water from the stocked fridge behind him. The gentleman behind the counter was mentally challenged (which I support 100%) but he lacked the common sense and wanted to charge us for the waters (he’s just trying to do his job the best he knew how). So this isn’t an employee issue as much as it is a management issue. He or for that fact no one should be left in the store alone. There were 2 cooks and gentlemen at the counter. We ended up waiting in the store that day 40 mins as well . Wingstop needs to get this turned around!

Our food was very good, but we had to wait 25-minutes after we placed our in-person order. Based on the other reviews, wait times seem to be an issue. I tried the wings and my wife tried the boneless wings. They were decent. I tried the corn and it’s not recommended. I would rate the fries as awesome and our best dish. The atmosphere was very disappointing with Spanish music blaring out and many in the back talking loudly. We might try it again. For sure, the fries with take-out. Dine in not recommended

Popped in for some boneless wings, lots of flavors to choose from. Chicken pieces were true white meat, wings tossed well in the sauce. Cajan corn was fabulous!

Parking is a nightmare. They are a few spots, shared with another business. There is one way in and out, and the lot is too small to navigate easily.
Service was OK, at first. I was greeted right way and order taken. As my order was being taken, two teenage boy employees were throwing clothes pins across the front from behind the counter. They were trying to make it into a food container that was on the (what I assume was) the to go food shelf. Several times, the clothes pins bounced into the lobby around customers. It took over a half hour to get the order. The drink station was out of many of the very few selections. It was dirty, and employees would go over to fill a cup and ignore the mess.
I spent over $60 (to go), and the food was horrible. The fries were limp and soggy, so over seasoned that the bottom of the tray had a thick layer of seasoning. We actually took a strainer, dumped the fries in and shook a ton of seasoning off of them in attemp to make them edible. The wings were not great. We had a total of 6 different seasonings. We could not figure out what was what. Nothing was labeled, the flavors were not distinct, all the wings were put into a couple containers when though I puchased 4 different meals, they didn’t match.
With all the hype and excitement, I expected something amazing. We will not be returning. I suggest to the owner that if they want to survive here, they get some adults in there and get the teenage employees either out or under control.

Im a firm believer in second chances and thirds sometimes but here I have yet another incorrect order. Wings taste fine. Kinda hard to screw that up but my last 3 delivery orders… ordered all flats and paid the extra 2 or so dollars for that, got mostly drums, again. One of the times I got 2 large tubs of ranch instead of one and most people wouldnt complain but I got to pay the bill. With delivery its almost 40 dollars for 15 incorrect wings and ranch. Okay. Going back to the tome before the delivers I called to pick me order up. Sat on hold for 10 minutes and got hung up on, called again and waited for several minutes for some kid to answer the phone and that was a trial only ro come home with the wrong order. Id call a manager but id probably get some 18 yesr old kid who has zero idea of how to be a manager. Wingstop elk river, my guess is soon enough people will drive the extra 10 or so minutes to the rogers store.

Don’t order from doordash, they mess up orders ALOT then block you from ordering again as if they arnt the ones who messed up the orders. Here’s a tip to the owners, if you dont want people refunding orders. DONT GIVE THEM NEARLY EMPTY SODA, WRONG KINDS OF WINGS AND DONT JUST THROW THE FRIES INTO THE BAG SO THE SPILL ALL OVER THE BAGS. But no it’s the customers fault you guys have no quality control.

I ordered a delivery order and never received it. I even tipped 12$. I went into the store the day after and without taking any info on the order they said I would get a refund within 5 days, but I never did.
Edit, I reached out to them again and they resolved the issue and I got a refund. It was a delivery problem not the restaurant. The food is good and I will continue to order here. Thank you!

The order fulfillment time was extended, although it is uncertain if this is typical, considering I was the sole customer in the establishment, with only one additional customer arriving for a pickup. I anticipate revisiting the establishment in the future.
